Backstage News On Solo Sikoa's WWE Merchandise Performance
In the few short weeks that Solo Sikoa has become a babyface, he has endeared himself to the WWE Universe. He's been able to show a complete 180 of his character with his charisma and sense of humor. Sikoa has mocked Jey Uso relentlessly. He has stood in the crowd, singing Uso's theme while shooting his own warning shots. He also ducked "shots" from Uso, while making sure fans weren't harmed. His promos have taken jabs at the Bloodline. At SummerSlam, Sikoa began a "YEET" chant while in the ring with Uso, with fans immediately joining in on the fun. He recently opened up about his evolving persona from silent Solo to the jokester we see today.
Solo Dolo's momentum doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon. Since this new side of his persona has been utilized, fans have been responding well to his merch. According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, there's been an uptick in his merch sales. A Fanatics source said a newly released Funko Pop is doing better than expected. WWE is reportedly responding to his new popularity with "Pew Pew" merch in the coming weeks. The merch will be available in venues and online.
On this week's "Raw", he was supposed to fall in line with the rest of the Bloodline. His brothers gleefully delivered him to Roman Reigns. Just as it looked like Sikoa was going to beat up LA Knight on Reigns' orders, he delivered a Samoan Spike to Reigns instead. He even shot fingers guns at his brothers before he and Knight cleaned house.
