Sam has been writing about wrestling since 2019 and got her start writing for FanSided after attending All In in Chicago. She covered the Wednesday Night Wars and "WWE 205 Live." She also writes for Daily DDT and Let Them Wrestle, where she covers AEW, ROH, news stories, women's wrestling, and opinion pieces. Sam has attended virtual and in-person media events for AEW and ASÉ Wrestling. You can find her covering AEW media calls on social media, and she is the co-host of the "Powerbombshells" podcast on the Fight Game Media Network.

Sam has a bachelor's degree in communication with a focus in journalism from Wingate University.
