Chris Jericho To Face Kenny Omega At Wrestle Kingdom 12

At today's Power Struggle event, Kenny Omega was able to defend his IWGP United States Championship against Baretta. After the match, Omega waited to see who would come out and challenge him next, but nobody came to the ring. Omega couldn't wait around all day so he went to leave and suddenly Chris Jericho showed up on the big screen.

Jericho cut a promo about previous wrestlers (like Edge and CM Punk) saying they were the "Best in the World," but they're no longer around. Jericho said he is the best, is the "Alpha" of this business, and he wants to prove it by challenging Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 on January 4. Omega seemed gleeful at the idea and immediately accepted. Jericho and Omega had been going back and forth on Twitter for weeks and it looks like this is the reason why.
