Zack Ryder Says Former Teammate Is His Dream Match, Reveals His Ultimate Goal In WWE
Zack Ryder was recently part of a media scrum to promote the WWE's European Tour. You can check out some of the highlights from the scrum here, and watch it in the video above courtesy of Planeta Wrestling:
His ultimate goal in WWE right now:
"The goal right now is to definitely win the SmackDown live Tag Team titles with Mojo, winning the Intercontinental Title, and event becoming WWE World Champion. To be in the WWE you have to be that goal, the ultimate goal of being the world champion. Of course that's my dream."
If he has played WWE 2K17 yet:
"I played it the first day it came out, I played as myself, and I lost (chuckles). I don't really play video games — I was trying, I was pressing a bunch of buttons, and I got killed. It was horrible."
His dream match:
"I would definitely say Edge. When I first got to WWE I got to work under Edge, I was one of the Edge Heads with Curt Hawkins. I got to be in the ring with him, and team with him and wrestle guys like The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, and Ric Flair, and we had no business being in that situation but because of him he taught us so much and was always one of my favorite wrestlers as a kid. So definitely Edge vs. Zack Ryder is my dream match."
