The Rock Is The Highest Paid Actor In The World, Rock On Throwing Shade At Vin Diesel In Trailer
- As noted, the second season of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's hit show, Ballers, premieres on HBO this Sunday. Entertainment Weekly has a short article here about the show returning and mentions the end of the trailer above, where a hotel receptionist mistakes Johnson's character for his Fast & Furious co-star, Vin Diesel. Johnson replies, "I'm bigger and better looking." Johnson replied to Entertainment Weekly's tweet stating that he "shades" Vin Diesel in the trailer, writing:

- Speaking of Johnson, he made Forbes list of the "World's Highest Paid Celebrities," which was topped by Taylor Swift. He was the highest paid actor on the list, coming in at #19 with $64.5 million in earnings. Forbes wrote the following about Johnson:
