WWE SmackDown Recap (12/3): Can Roman Reigns Overcome The Odds? Charlotte Costs Becky Lynch, More

Welcome to our WrestlingINC.com Smackdown coverage. Becky Lynch, Dean Ambrose, New Day, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt and Sheamus are all set for action tonight.

- Roman Reigns comes out with the Usos and Dean Ambrose and basically recaps his relationship with all of them. He calls out the League of Nations. Sheamus and Co. come out and Sheamus tells a few jokes. Sheamus then reintroduces a bunch of guys from the League of Nations that we've known for years.

Mercifully, New Day saves us from the segment and call Reigns "Roman The Ruiner." They say Usos and Dean Ambrose have to earn their spot in the 8-man tag tonight by beating the New Day. Otherwise Reigns has to face LON by himself.

Tyler Breeze (w/ Summer Rae) vs. Neville

Dolph Ziggler is on commentary for this match as Neville easily outwrestles Breeze and taunts Prince Pretty. Breeze is knocked outside, but Summer jumps in front of him to stop the Neville dive.

We come back to see Breeze getting kicked and clotheslined out the ring. Neville flies over the top rope, taking out Breeze. Neville scores with a standing star press, but only gets two. He counters a Breeze dropkick but walks into a superkick. Summer Rae grabs Neville's leg, allowing Breeze to hit the Unprettier for the win.

Winner: Tyler Breeze via pinfall (Unprettier)

- Becky Lynch is backstage and says she and Charlotte are friends, and sometimes they don't see eye to eye. Brie Bella and Alicia show up and make fun of Becky, and say Becky was the problem in PCB. Charlotte comes up and says they're upset that there's a new generation of women ready to take them down. Brie says it's lonely at the top, and she'll find out when she comes crashing down.

Becky Lynch (w/ Charlotte) vs. Brie Bella (w/ Alicia Fox)

A Becky arm drag starts it out, and Brie makes fun of Charlotte faking an injury. Brie connects with a bulldog. Brie does the Bryan kicks and Knee Mode as we see Team Bad backstage with a pinata and a kendo stick. Becky comes back with an exploder suplex, but Brie kicks out. Brie accidentally runs into Charlotte while Becky goes for Disarmor. Charlotte runs in and attacks Brie, DQing Becky.

Winner: Brie Bella via DQ.

Charlotte and Becky argue after the match. This was pretty good stuff.

- Neville is backstage, and Miz tracks him down and says Neville doesn't have personality, but he'd be glad to teach them. Miz says he'll take Neville under his wing like he did Daniel Bryan. He gives Neville his card and a copy of Santa's Little Helper.

- Lana and Rusev are with Renee Young. Lana blames Ryback for hurting Lana. Rusev says he can always have another match, but only has one Lana. He says he'll crush Ryback the next time he sees him. Lana and Rusev smooch it out.

New Day vs. Usos & Dean Ambrose

The Usos and Ambrose isolate Xavier and do the New Day Stomp on him, but he kicks out with ease. Kofi tags in, but walks right into an arm drag. Kofi turns the tides by slamming Jey Uso's head into the mat. Big E and Xavier work Jey over, with a giant elbow from Big E and a reverse STO from Woods. Uso tries to get to his side of the ring, but Woods dropkicks him. Big E eats canvas on a splash attempt, and Ambrose tags in.

Ambrose beats the hell out of Big E with a body press and a neckbreaker before tossing Woods and Kofi into the guardrail. Big E comes to their rescue, but is served a clothesline for his troubles. Big E finally turns the tides by crotching Ambrose on the top rope.

We come back to see New Day stomping away at Ambrose while Xavier plays a tune. Woods comes in and punts Ambrose in the grill. Big E comes in and squashes Ambrose with a belly-to-belly suplex, but gets sent over the top rope to the arena floor. Kofi lands a crossbody before Ambrose can tag, but walks into a rebound clothesline.

Jimmy Uso gets the tag and destroys Xavier with a belly-to-back suplex. The Usos use the running hip attack, and Woods is caught with a pop-up Samoan drop. Ambrose missile dropkicks Big E, and he gets caught by Big E on a dive. Jey Uso dives onto both of them, however. Jimmy tweaks his knee that he hurt on Raw, and Xavier hits the shining wizard for the win.

Winners: New Day via pinfall

- The Wyatts...they're here. R-Truth somehow shows up, and then disappears. That was weird.

D-Von Dudley (w/ Bubba Ray Dudley & Tommy Dreamer) vs. Bray Wyatt (w/ Wyatt Family)

Bray slows D-Von down right off the bat, but gets slammed. D-Von connects with the diving headbutt, but only gets a 2. Sister Abigail. That was fast.

Winner: Bray Wyatt via pinfall (Sister Abigail)

Bray grabs D-Von and the two teams have a standoff. The ECW originals attack with kendo sticks, but Braun breaks one over his knee and chokes Bubba Ray out. Dreamer is put through a table by Rowan.

- The Usos and Ambrose are backstage, and aren't happy about losing. Reigns says he'll take care of it.

4-on-1 Handicap Match
League of Nations vs. Roman Reigns

Reigns powers through Alberto Del Rio and Rusev, but Sheamus takes advantage, and the heels start working him over in the corner. Wade Barrett gets caught cheating, and Charles Robinson sends him to the back, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It's now 3-on-1.

Del Rio does the ol' 10 punches routine and gets a two count, which sets up a Rusev back suplex. About this time, my fiance asks why Sheamus wears giant platforms on his shoes. Heh. The heels continue to work over Reigns in the middle of the ring, as they don't have to worry about him tagging out.

Sheamus is posted while he charges the corner. Rusev eats corner and a Samoan drop, but tags Del Rio. ADR misses the enziguri and gets a clothesline right to his grill. That's followed with ten more in the corner and a big boot. Superman punch on Rusev, but ADR gets a backstabber for two. ADR goes for an armbar, but gets speared.

Sheamus breaks up the count, and gets sent outside. He moves away from a Drive By and Rusev takes it. Reigns clotheslines Sheamus, then takes out ADR and gets back in before the ten count.

Winner: Roman Reigns via countout

Sheamus lands a Brogue kick after the match. Barrett comes out, but the Usos and Ambrose run the LON off to close the show.
