Ronda Rousey Issues Statement About Relationship With Travis Browne
In the midst of a controversial week for Ronda Rousey, she's opted to comment publicly about one of those controversies.
Rousey's personal life came to light this summer when UFC fighter Travis Browne was accused of domestic abuse by his estranged wife, Jenna Webb. Webb then revealed that Browne and Rousey had started dating, and criticized the UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Rousey has previously called out boxer Floyd Mayweather regarding his domestic abuse past.

Browne appeared on The MMA Hour this week, and confirmed the relationship with the two, saying that they 'weren't dating,' and that 'they were together.'
Rousey issued a statement to ESPN about the relationship.
"I don't talk about my personal life much. That's why it's called 'personal life,' " Rousey said. "It's true that Travis and I are in a relationship. I've really enjoyed the time we have spent together and getting to know one another. And that's all I'm going to say about it."
Browne was cleared of the domestic abuse allegations by an independent investigation, and his suspension was lifted.
This hasn't been the only controversial situation involving Rousey this week, as her mother spoke out about Rousey's coach, Edmond Tarverdyan, calling him a terrible coach. Rousey has not commented publicly about her mother's statements.
Rousey will take on Holly Holm next month at UFC 193. Wrestling Inc will have full, live coverage of the pay-per-view.
