Brock Lesnar's Limited WWE RAW Appearances Before WrestleMania, #GiveDivasAChance Trends
- This weekend's UFC 184 pay-per-view will make history, as it will be the first UFC event in history to be headlined and co-headlined by women's fights. In the main event, UFC Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey will defend her title against Cat Zingano. In the co-main event, Raquel Pennington will welcome former women's boxing champion Holly Holm in Holm's UFC debut.
Yesterday, WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon thanked actress Patricia Arquette for her speech at the Academy Awards this past Sunday night, where Arquette spoke out about equal rights for women and wage equality:
Thank You @PattyArquette for having the courage to fight for #WomensRights on such a grand platform. #UseYourVoice pic.twitter.com/q71acxMExU

On the flip side, WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella & Brie Bella faced Paige & Emma in a 30 second match on last night's RAW where neither Nikki or Paige were ever tagged in. Following the match, #GiveDivasAChance trended worldwide on Twitter. Mick Foley, Renee Young, Havok and The Bella Twins took notice and either favorited or sent out tweets with the hashtag.
- As noted earlier, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar was advertised for last night's RAW in Nashville, TN, but didn't appear. WrestlingINC.com reader Trey Sebree was at last night's show and noted that a lot of fans booed when Paul Heyman left after his promo and were upset that Lesnar wasn't there.
- Lesnar is not advertised for next week's RAW, and is only advertised for two shows before WrestleMania; the March 9th RAW at the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, PA, and the WrestleMania go-home RAW at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA.
