Yet Another WWE Release, Hawkins Already Booked, Ultimate Warrior's Friend Receives WWE Tryout

- WCRB TV has story about former Chattanooga Mocs captain Gunner Miller receiving a WWE tryout in Orlando today, which you can watch above. Miller said that his friendship with The Ultimate Warrior led to him trying his hand at pro wrestling.

"He's (Ultimate Warrior) telling me you should get a shot and do this. It seems like you have a look and the right physical style for it. I'm thinking it might be cool and realistic," said Gunner. "I've picked off balls, I've scored touchdowns, I've played at Nebraska in front of 95,000 people and that was the most adrenaline I've had at one time until this last match in front of 600 people. So i can't imagine what it would be like in a WWE match in front of 80,000 people at Wrestle Mania."

- WWE announced that they have released JTG. JTG commented on the release on his Twitter, writing, "Damn ! Why I pick up my phone !"

Here is the updated list of talents WWE released today: Drew McIntyre, Jinder Mahal, Aksana, Curt Hawkins, Theodore Long, Camacho, Brodus Clay, Evan Bourne, Yoshi Tatsu and referee Marc Harris.

- Hawkins will already be making his first post-WWE wrestling appearance this Friday and Saturday night for Jersey Championship Wrestling (JCW).
