Impact Wrestling Results: X-Division Contender/Championship Match, Tenille Dashwood Returns In-Ring

Josh Mathews and Madison Rayne welcome fans to Impact Wrestling! We kick things off with a number one contender's match!

Chris Bey vs. TJP vs. Trey (Winner Will Face Rohit Raju for the X-Division Championship Later On Tonight)

Rohit Raju comes out to watch the match. Chris Bey gets the ball rolling by throwing TJP's jacket towards Trey. Then, he lands a dropkick sending him to the outside. TJP looks for a back suplex. Bey rolls off his back. Trey is back in the ring. Both Bey and Trey parallel with a double snapmare. Trey goes for a pinfall attempt. Bey gets his shoulders up at the two count. Bey goes for two rollups on TJP and Trey. They both get up at the 2 count. TJP slides through Bey's legs. He locks Trey in a sharpshooter and a camel clutch on Bey. Bey rolls out and breaks up Trey's hold with a double stomp on TJP.

TJP lands an atomic drop on Bey. He then catches Bey with Three Amigos suplexes. Bey catches a high flying knee from Trey. Trey smashes TJP with a combination maneuver, but he doesn't grab a pinfall. Bey catches Trey midair with a beautiful cutter. TJP has Bey in a leg lock. Bey tries to go toward the bottom rope, but he's having a hard time reaching for it. Trey comes flying in on TJP. He grabs the pinfall and will face Raju next!

Winner: Trey

Rohit Raju heads into the ring for his match with Trey.

Rohit Raju (c) vs. Trey (X-Division Championship)

Raju and Trey's match concludes in 10 seconds after Raju rolls Trey up with a pinfall. Raju retains his championship!

Winner: Rohit Raju

Backstage: The Impact World Champion Eric Young has his conscience clear, and he's ready to face Rich Swann at Bound For Glory.

Backstage: Gia Miller knocks on Tenille Dashwood's door. She is greeted by Kaleb, who informs Miller that she's busy. Dashwood sticks her head out briefly to reply to Miller's question. She says she's more than ready to face Jordynne Grace tonight.

Mathews and Rayne run through tonight's card.

We head back to the ring for a Knockouts match!

Kimber Lee (w/ Deonna Purrazzo) vs. Susie (w/ Kylie Rae)

Susie waves at Kimber Lee. Lee greets her with a midsection kick. Lee lands the splits, and Susie tries to copy her but can't. Lee rolls her up with an inside cradle. Susie gets her shoulders up at 2. Susie puts Lee in a side headlock then pushes her off the ropes with a tornado DDT. Susie continues her defense with a running bulldog. She goes for a cover, and Lee kicks out. Lee connects a devastating tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Lee grabs a chunk of Susie's hair. The referee calls for a break. Lee sends Susie out to the outside with a dropkick. The referee turns his back, which gives Deonna Purrazzo a chance to stomp on top of Susie.

Back from the break, Lee has Susie trapped in the corner. She lands a series of stomps before Susie gets up and lands a few shots. Lee sends Susie down on the mat with a powerful roundhouse kick. Susie, who is laying on the mat, finds herself in a single leg lock. Lee breaks it up and drags her over to the corner. Susie starts to show some shades of Rosemary with an Upside-Down. Lee surprises her with another lockup, which leads towards another set of midsection kicks. Susie jumps on top of Lee with a bench press and goes to town with multiple forearm strikes. Susie catches Lee by sending her face-first into the turnbuckle. She goes for a pin. Lee kicks out at 2. Lee finds her footing again with a sit-down powerbomb. Her powerbomb is not enough to gain a pinfall. Purrazzo tries to get involved, but Susie isn't having it. Susie sends Lee out with Su Yung's Panic Switch. Susie gains another victorious win!

Winner: Susie

Post-Match: Purrazzo rolls in and locks her Fujiwara armbar on Susie. Kylie Rae runs in to stop her. Purrazzo runs out of the ring. Rae grabs a microphone and issues a challenge to Purrazzo for her Knockouts Championship at Bound For Glory.

With the new money he "received" last week, Heath is back at it again. He is begging Impact fans to continue their support by using #Heath4IMPACT on social media. He even has celebrities like Chuck Norris, Flava Flav, David Hasselhoff, and many more supporting his worthy cause!

Backstage: The Good Brothers greet Motor City Machine Guns. The Good Brothers are trying to challenge MCMG before the Rascalz come in and break up their conversation. The Rascalz inform the guys that they've hung with "big boys" like them, and they've beaten them every time. The Good Brothers tell the Rascalz to put their money where their mouths are. They challenge them to a match next week.

Next, we see the Impact Plus Moment of the Week. It's AJ Styles vs. Bully Ray for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship (2013).

After the Impact Plus moment, EC3 wants Moose's legacy as the TNA World Heavyweight Champion to end. To do so, he broadcasts Moose's personal phone number. He wants fans to call and help him end Moose's reign.

Backstage: Taya Valkyrie is extremely disappointed that Rosemary was not at her match last week. Rosemary says that her wedding planning has taken over her free time. They make amends and vow to help each other out from now on. Valkyrie does mention that she's impressed that John E Bravo has become his own man.

Meanwhile, Bravo groups several of the Impact/Wrestle House members to help him out with his wedding. Johnny Swinger is not happy that Fallah Bahh is the best man. He believes he should be. Tommy Dreamer peaks his head out and yells "match time." Bravo tells him no, it's not.

Backstage: Gia Miller wants to give Brian Myers thoughts on his match with Wille Mack last week; specifically, his loss. Myers gets so angry at her question, he decides to flip over a table. Dreamer confronts Myers about his anger and tells him to clean up his mess.

We head back to the Impact Zone for the third match of the evening!

Cody Deaner (w/ Cousin Jake) heads down to the ring only to be attacked from behind by Eric Young. Young smashes Cody's face over and over on the guardrails. They both step into the ring. Young blasts Cody with his devastating piledriver. Cousin Jake runs in to help Cody out. Young sends Cousin Jake out with another piledriver. Young has a wicked smile on his face. Mathews says if we get something out of this, it's that Young will stop at nothing to get his message across to Rich Swann. Young grabs a microphone and warns Swann and Scott D'Amore that whatever he does to anyone up until Bound For Glory, it's all on them. Security comes out to break up Young and Cousin Jake after Young tries to break Jake's ankle, but they don't get too far.

D'Amore runs out and asks what he's doing. Young shouts at him "it's all on you." When Young corners D'Amore, Eddie Edwards sprints down to the ring, and sends Young out on the ramp.

When we come back, we'll see Sami Callihan square off with Rob Van Dam!

Before we see their match, Edwards confronts D'Amore about what he's doing and why he's putting Swann in the main event match at BFG. D'Amore says at Victory Road (Saturday, Oct. 3), Edwards will get his rematch with Young. Edwards promises he'll finish him.

And now, our scheduled match.

Sami Callihan vs. Rob Van Dam (w/ Katie Forbes) – If RVD Wins, Katie Forbes Get's 5 Minutes in the Ring with Callihan

The match begins fast and furious. Sami Callihan sends Rob Van Dam shoulder-first into the guardrail. RVD finds his way with a forearm shot. Callihan turns his attention to Katie Forbes; she backs away. Callihan shifts his focus back on RVD, with a powerful chop to the chest. RVD lands a Rolling Thunder on the outside. RVD rolls Callihan back into the ring. The bell officially rings. Callihan grabs hold of RVD's hair before the referee calls for a rope break. Next, he sends him into the top turnbuckle, face-first. Forbes connects a running knee strike while the referee's back is turned.

We're back from the break. Mathews informs us that Callihan has had the upper hand during the commercial break. It looks like that's changed. RVD rolls Callihan up for a pinfall. Callihan puts his foot up on the bottom rope. RVD gets Callihan position for a camel clutch. Callihan bites RVD's fingers to break out of the hold. RVD goes for another submission – a body scissors. Callihan breaks out of that as well. Both men exchange fiery blows. Callihan connects three quick kicks before he floats over for a pin. RVD kicks out at 2. Forbes comes up on the apron and sprays Callihan with her hair spray. This helps RVD gain the victory.

Winner: Rob Van Dam

Now, Katie Forbes gets into the ring for her 5-minutes with Callihan!

Katie Forbes vs. Sami Callihan

Katie Forbes connects a running hip attack. Callihan gets up and tries to connect his Cactus Special before RVD gets involved again. Callihan sends RVD out of his way momentarily with a lethal DDT. After getting himself back up, RVD brings in a steel chair, but it's used against him as Callihan throws the chair towards RVD's head. Now, Callihan connects his Cactus Special on Forbes and gains the win!

Winner: Sami Callihan

Backstage: Ace Austin and Madman Fulton are ready for their shot at the Tag Team Championships since they believe they're next in line for it. The North interrupts them and says they better get in line behind them. To back up their position, Fulton and Austin will face The North next week.

Mathews and Rayne announce next week's card. Those matches include:

- Johnny Swinger vs. Fallah Bahh – whoever wins will become John E Bravo's best man

-Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie will take on Nevaeh & Havok

- The Rascalz will face The Good Brothers

- And former alliances Ace Austin & Madman Fulton will face their now bitter foes, The North

Before the main event begins, Kaleb (With A "K") personally announces Tenille Dashwood down to the ring.

And now, our main event!

Jordynne Grave vs. Tenille Dashwood (w/ Kaleb With A "K")

Tenille Dashwood has Jordynne Grace in the corner. She lays down numerous stomps. Grace gets out of the corner. Dashwood pulls Grace by her hair out of the ring. She slams her headfirst onto the concrete floor. Grace makes her way into the ring. Grace fights Dashwood off of her with a midsection jab. Dashwood doesn't let her go too far after she sends her down with a devastating neckbreaker off the ropes. Dashwood goes for a cover, and Grace kicks out at 2. Grace fights out of an attempted waist hold with a hard back elbow towards the side of Dashwood's face. Grace finds her footing in this match with a Michinoku Driver. Grace hooks the leg for a pin and Dashwood kicks out. Dashwood heads up top and flies off with a double foot stomp. This does not keep Grace down. She kicks out of the pinfall attempt at 2. Grace pops up with a spinebuster on Dashwood. Grace goes for another pin, but Dashwood kicks out at 2 again. Kaleb tries to assist his client. Dashwood takes advantage of the distracted Grace with her Spotlight Kick. Dashwood hooks Grace's leg one last time and wins the match!

Winner: Tenille Dashwood

Before the show goes off the air, we see Eddie Edwards laid out by someone. We don't know who attacked him because the screen goes black.
