WWE Star Remembers His MMA Debut, Mark Henry's Incredible Dumbbell Feat, New WWE Gifs
- The video above shows when Mark Henry did the impossible, lifting an infamous 172-pound Thomas Inch Dumbbell one-handed. Henry did this during the 2002 Arnold Classic Strongman Competition in 2002.
- Authors of Pain member, Rezar, shared a throwback photo on his Twitter page. The photo was taken when he was 17, just a couple of months before his pro-MMA debut. Rezar had been in Bellator, Bosnia Fight Championship, and Final Fight Championship with an MMA record of 6 wins and 2 loses. You can see his throwback photo below:
