Kevin Owens WWE Return Update
As seen in the video above, Kevin Owens appeared in a video segment during tonight's WWE RAW to give the WWE Universe an update on his upcoming return to the ring. Owens explained in the video that he will be back to the WWE around a month's time, and although he's not certain if he will be on RAW or SmackDown, this lines Owens up to return by WrestleMania 35.
"You know, for the last four months, I've been recovering from my knee injuries and my recent surgery. Now I've been asked to update the WWE Universe on what I've been up to since I've been off, and truth be told, I've been doing a lot of this," Owens said, gesturing to his family at a bowling alley. "I've been spending as much time as I can with my family and enjoying the time I get with my wife and my kids before I get back on the road.
"I've also been playing close attention to RAW and SmackDown Live, I mean, [my son and I] watch it every week and it's actually been very rough to watch because I feel like I'm watching other people do what I do best. But now I have good news, because I don't know where I'm coming back, the McMahon family hasn't told me if I'm going to RAW or SmackDown Live, but I know when I'm coming back. And I'm about one more month out. One more month or so before the Kevin Owens Show returns."
His son would then catch Owens' attention so he could take his turn to bowl. Owens talked a big game but ultimately bowled a gutter ball. Owens also tweeted after the segment aired, as seen below.
Owens' last match on WWE television was on October 8, 2018, when he lost against now-WWE Intercontinental Champion, Bobby Lashley, on RAW. Owens is a former WWE Universal Champion, NXT World Champion, WWE Intercontinental Champion, WWE United States Champion, and has held both the ROH Tag Team and ROH World Heavyweight Championships.
EVERYONE STOP PANICKING!!!!!
I STILL DON'T CARE OR KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SPORTS!!! (Except for bowling, obviously)
I do, however, enjoy wearing hats of various teams from the cities I've come to love after traveling the world for the last 16 years or so.
