Brock Lesnar Used Suplex During NFL Scrimmage, Mick Foley On Lesnar's UFC 200 Post-Fight Promo

- Former Minnesota Vikings receiver Nate Burleson recently revealed that Brock Lesnar didn't leave his suplexes in WWE when he left the company to try his hand at the NFL in 2004. Burleson stated on the NFL Network, via ESPN, that when Lesnar was trying out for the Minnesota Vikings, he suplexed a player during a joint practice with the Kansas City Chiefs.

"Somebody cheap-shotted Daunte Culpepper late," Burleson said. "And Brock was like, 'Who did it?' The next play, he went and suplexed the guy. He picked up a grown man after the play. It was a Royal Rumble: Minnesota versus Kansas City. ... That was a nasty suplex on the football field."

- WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley praised Brock Lesnar for his post-UFC 200 fight promo in the Octagon. After Lesnar defeated Hunt this past Saturday night he thanked the great men and women in uniform before saying,"from one white boy to all nationalities, we've got to stand together, people!"

Foley wrote about Lesnar's promo on his Facebook page:

BROCK'S BIG GAMBLE

The big gamble for Brock Lesnar and WWE paid off big time on Sunday night with Lesnar getting not only the victory, but the chance to cut the most inclusive post-fight promo since Rocky Balboa single-handedly ended the Cold War with his brilliant mic work after defeating Ivan Drago in Rocky IV.
