Exclusive Details On Lucha Underground Roster: Rumor Killer, Prominent Character Not Returning, More

Last night on the official Wrestling Inc Podcast, I revealed a few roster details for Lucha Underground's upcoming second season, which films later this month.

Big Ryck, formerly known as Ezekiel Jackson in WWE, will not be returning for the second season of the show. This comes after he had a huge role on the first season, starting out as one of the show's top villains, before going babyface after a split with the Crew. There was speculation regarding Ryck's status after the incorrect retirement rumor last month.

Also, Argenis, who serves as one-third of the Disciples Of Death, will be a part of season two. Argenis is one of the company's Trios champions, and many were wondering what his relationship would be with Lucha Underground following his brother Sin Cara/Mistico/Myzteziz/Mystic 2.0's exit from AAA, which is affiliated with LU.

There are no current plans for Prince Puma to assume his Ricochet character for Lucha Underground. They feel they've established Puma as a star under that persona for the brand, and don't have any immediate plans for him to remove the mask.
