Backstage Talk On Rey Mysterio And Lucha Underground, Former WWE Talent Getting A Push, More
- Regarding Lucha Underground returning for a second season in early 2016, it's expected that Rey Mysterio will be signed as the top star of the promotion and that he will debut early in the season.
Rey coming in still is not official and it's possible they're trying to save his debut as a big surprise or a major announcement to hype the second season, which may be why all sides are quit on the matter.

It's also believed that former WWE Tough Enough competitor Martin Casaus will have a larger role next season with his Marty the Moth gimmick. Olympian Jeff Cobb is also expected to debut next season with a new character after working dark matches last season.
Another change that's possible for next season is Vampiro being moved from the announcer position to managing Pentagon Jr.
