WWE Live Event Results From Milwaukee (3/14): Brad Maddox Returns, Cena Teams With Orton, More
Thanks to Chris Lee and Avery Valentine for the following WWE live event results from Saturday's show in Milwaukee, Wisconsin:
* Attendance was good, almost a packed house.
* Darren Young and Titus O'Neil defeated Adam Rose and Heath Slater when Titus hit the Clash of Titus on Slater.
* Adrian Neville defeated Curtis Axel. Axel cut a promo before the match about still being in the Royal Rumble. This was a decent match with Neville getting the win via Red Arrow.
* Zack Ryder defeated Brad Maddox. Maddox got a big drum roll and a spotlight for his return but the ovation from the crowd did not match. Ryder got the win with the Ruff Ryder. This was just a boring match that felt out of place.
* Goldust defeated Stardust in another dull match with the Curtain Call.
* Rusev defeated Ryback and Jack Swagger in a three-way to retain the United States Championship. Rusev cut a promo before the match and got some heat before being interrupted. Rusev won with The Accolade but got hit with Ryback's Shellshocked after the match. Swagger and Ryback celebrated together to a big pop.
Intermission
* Naomi and Paige defeated The Bella Twins. Fans voted on a tag match over a singles match. Paige, who was really over, won after hitting Nikki Bella with the Rampaige.
* Jimmy Uso defeated The Miz in a pretty entertaining match. The Miz came out to boos while Damien Sandow got cheered. Miz made him sit in the corner and ripped on the crowd. It looked like Sandow was going to strike Miz with the chair but Miz threatened him. During the match, Sandow was over big time at ringside and Miz ordered him to the back. Sandow got upset and came in the ring, challenging Miz to a fight. This led to Miz getting distracted and Jimmy hitting a superkick for the win.
* Randy Orton and John Cena defeated Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt in the main event. Cena got destroyed most of the match before getting the tag to Orton. Cena hit the Attitude Adjustment on Wyatt while Orton hit the RKO on Rollins and pinned him to a nice pop. Orton and Cena celebrated with fans to end the show.
Biggest Pops: Randy Orton, John Cena, Damien Sandow, Ryback & Jack Swagger
