Former NWA Champion Talks Working Backstage At WWE NXT R Evolution

Five-time NWA heavyweight champion "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce worked behind the scenes at last week's NXT R Evolution event and he later reflected on the evening via his personal Facebook page. Pearce gave WrestlingINC.com permission to share his comments and photo, which are reproduced below:

"Suffice it to say that working as a producer on WWE/NXT Takeover: [R]Evolution is one of the most incredible experiences of my professional life. I am grateful to everyone that has supported and helped me along the way."

Pearce acts as a guest coach for NXT talent from time to time and has worked as a producer on the last two NXT TV tapings, including the Takeover special.

Adam Pearce has worked for large and small wrestling promotions worldwide throughout his career, including Ring of Honor and TNA. In addition to in-ring competition, he has served as a producer for a number of televised wrestling programs and made his debut as a filmmaker in 2013 with the critically acclaimed wrestling documentary Seven Levels of Hate.
