WWE Monday Night RAW Results - Team Cena Finalized, Grumpy Cat Appears, Title Change

- Tonight's WWE RAW from Roanoke, Virginia kicks off with a look back at last week. Michael Cole welcomes us and he's joined by Jerry Lawler and JBL.
- We go to the ring and out comes Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Kane, Seth Rollins, Mark Henry, Rusev, Lana, Luke Harper, Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble.
Triple H talks about how Vince McMahon set the stipulation for Survivor Series a few weeks back. Triple H talks about how fans would want The Authority to be removed from power and they start a "yes!" chant. Stephanie taunts them. He says fans are sheep and need someone to follow them. Triple H takes a shot at WCW and says the inmates ran the asylum there and they won't let that happen to WWE. He goes on and praises Team Authority. They say The Authority will decimate Team Cena tonight and see who's left to sign the contract later tonight. Stephanie goes over each member of Team Authority and they get boos. Harper tells Stephanie he's a team player. She talks about how Team Cena is down a man and out comes Ryback to a big pop.
Ryback speaks from the stage after a "feed me more" chant. He says The Authority wants what's best for business, Cena wants what's best for WWE and he wants what's best for Ryback. Stephanie apologizes for what happened last week as does Kane. Stephanie shows us a clip from last year where Ryback and Cena got into it on the mic with Cena mocking Ryback. Stephanie says Cena is jealous of The Big Guy. Ryback says he plays for Team Ryback and walks away. Triple H says that's a wise decision. Triple H gets Harper hype for his match and calls WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler to the ring to a big pop.
WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. Luke Harper
The Authority looks on as Ziggler makes his way to the ring. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and Rollins is on commentary as Team Authority stands by. Lilian Garcia informs us that this will now be an Intercontinental Title match. She does formal ring introductions.
The Stooges attack Ziggler before the bell and he goes down. He gets up and Rollins nails him with the briefcase. The referee checks on Ziggler and Ziggler yells for the bell. Harper nails a huge running boot for a 2 count. Harper with a big powerbomb for another 2 count. Harper misses a running boot in the corner and lands on the floor. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and Harper is in control. Harper drops Ziggler into a big right hand for another 2 count. Harper with a Gator Roll and a headlock. Ziggler counters and Harper runs into the ring post. Ziggler with the Fame-asser for a 2 count. Harper catches a kick and nails a big sideslam for a 2 count. Ziggler counters the clothesline with a superkick for 2. Harper with a knee. Ziggler blocks a powerbomb but Harper drops him and nails a big clothesline for the win.
Winner and New WWE Intercontinental Champion: Luke Harper
- After the match, Harper celebrates with his gold as The Stooges and Rollins go to Ziggler. Rollins taunts Ziggler and nails a Curb Stomp. Harper is left alone in the ring to stand over Ziggler with the title.
- Cole hypes Survivor Series, the WWE Network and Grumpy Cat. Back to commercial.
- Back from the break and we gt Kofi Kingston's vignette for A New Day.
- The Miz and Damien Sandow are backstage giving lines to Grumpy Cat. They have a Grumpy Stunt Cat but Grumpy Cat isn't impressed. Miz says last time Grumpy Cat had a bright idea it ended up in his litter box. Miz comes back and says he's really a big fan and befriended her on Facebook. He kisses her and walks off.
Adam Rose vs. Tyson Kidd
We go to the ring and out comes Adam Rose with the Rosebuds and The Bunny. The Rosebuds go to surf The Bunny but Rose makes them put him down. They surf Rose around instead as we go to a WWE 2K15 promo.
Back from the break and Tyson Kidd has made his way to the ring. Rose orders The Bunny to stand by his corner. Rose works Kidd over in the corner to start.
Kidd is distracted by the Rosebuds. Rose nails a big spinebuster for a 2 count. The Bunny flirts with Natalya and distracts Rose, leading to Kidd getting the win with a Sharpshooter.
Winner: Tyson Kidd
- After the match, The Bunny comes in the ring to help Rose up. The Bunny ducks a clothesline and grinds Rose from behind. The Bunny escapes to the stage with more shenanigans.
- We get a video from the WrestleMania 31 ticket party.
- We see Bray Wyatt arriving before cutting to commercial.
- Back from the break and out comes Bray Wyatt. Wyatt talks about Dean Ambrose and says he wants Ambrose to see how Wyatt can save them. He tells Ambrose to embrace this and he will make it all go away. We hear Ambrose start talking on the mic and then he appears on the big screen. He tells Wyatt to stop babbling. Ambrose reveals that he's talking on a taped promo and that he's really in the audience. The lights come on and Ambrose attacks Wyatt in the ring. Ambrose unloads and Wyatt manages to escape. Ambrose says he doesn't need saving and Wyatt just needs to worry about saving himself at Survivor Series.
- We get a look back at Luke Harper's title win. Ziggler was helped out of the arena by trainers during the commercial after that match.
- Still to come, the big contract signing.
Ryback vs. Cesaro
We go to the ring and out comes Ryback to a pop. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and out comes Cesaro. Ryback controls most of the match but Cesaro hits a big slam for a 2 count. Ryback turns it around in the corner but Cesaro whips him into the opposite corner. Cesaro with a sleeper hold now. Cesaro dumps Ryback to the floor and we go back to commercial.
Back from the break and Cesaro is still in control. We see John Cena watching backstage for the second time. Cesaro keeps Ryback on the mat now. Cesaro comes off the second rope but Ryback catches him with a throw. Ryback with a spinebuster. Fans chant "feed me more" as Ryback readies for the Meathook clothesline. Cesaro goes to the apron instead. Ryback pulls him in and hits a splash from the second rope. Cesaro ends up countering Shellshocked and hitting a German suplex. Ryback runs into the ring post. Cesaro hits three German suplexes for a 2 count. Cesaro goes to the top and hits an elbow drop for a 2 count. Ryback hits a big slam for a 2 count. Ryback gets another chant going and goes for the Meathook but runs into an uppercut. Cesaro catches Ryback off the ropes with another big uppercut for 2. Ryback blocks the Neutralizer. Cesaro blocks Shellshocked and rolls him up for 2. Ryback with a Meathook. Ryback hits Shellshocked for the win.
Winner: Ryback
- After the match, we see Cena watching backstage. Renee Young approaches him. Cena says he can just hope his team is there for the contract signing and then they take out The Authority at Survivor Series.
Rusev vs. Heath Slater
We go back to the ring and out comes Lana with WWE United States Champion Rusev. Back to commercial.
We come back and Lana is in th ring for a promo. She brings up Kim Kardashian's photo that has been in the news but says it can't compare to her Russian figure and that gets a pop. She says she has a topless photo of herself that will make American men drool. She asks if she wants to see it. It's actually a photo of a shirtless Vladimir Putin riding a horse. She says in our broken pathetic dreams. Heath Slater comes to the stage with new theme music and dressed like Uncle Sam. Slater says he and everyone else in America want Lana to shut up. Slater approaches the ring and he's ready to fight. He calls for the bell and calls Rusev a son of a b—h.
The bell rings and Rusev immediately nails a big kick to the face. Fans chant USA but Rusev stomps on Slater and applies The Accolade for the easy win.
Winner: Rusev
- After the match, they pose over Slater as the Russian flag drops down.
- Backstage segment with The Miz, Sandow and Grumpy Cat. Erick Rowan walks in and wants Grumpy. He settles for the Grumpy stunt double instead and walks off with it.
Big Show vs. Sheamus
Big Show makes his way to the ring as we go to commercial.
Back from the break and Stephanie McMahon interrupts. Stephanie knocks Show for always being in someone's shadow and offers him a 2015 WWE Hall of Fame spot if he leaves Team Cena. Show gets in Stephanie's face and out comes Sheamus. Sheamus talks about The Authority being gone. She says Sheamus has a passport issue and it would be a shame if he had visa issues, forcing him to miss Survivor Series. Stephanie puts them in a #1 contenders match right now.
They lock up and go at it. They take it easy at first but go at it. Show with a big chop in the corner. They go to the floor with Show in control as we go back to commercial.
Back from the break and Sheamus gets a 2 count. Show comes back and drops an elbow for a 2 count. Show with several body slams and another elbow for a 2 count. Show keeps control and applies a leg submission. Sheamus makes it to the bottom rope and breaks the hold. Sheamus comes back with offense and knocks Show off his feet. Sheamus keeps control but runs into a big boot. Show misses an elbow. Sheamus goes to the top but Show knocks him out of mid-air with a spear for a close 2 count.
Sheamus counters a chokeslam and hits White Noise for a close 2 count. Show catches a Brogue Kick and nails a chokeslam for 2. Show goes to the second rope and Sheamus falls back, dropping Show off his shoulders. Rusev and Mark Henry hit the ring. Rusev nails Sheamus with a kick for the bell.
- After the bell, Rusev unloads on Show while Henry goes to Sheamus on the floor and tears apart the announce table. Henry puts Sheamus through the table with a World's Strongest Slam. Rusev puts Show in The Accolade in the ring. Rusev's music hits as we go to commercials.
Nikki Bella vs. "AJ Lee"
Back from the beak and out comes Brie Bella dressed as AJ Lee. Lilian Garcia says this is an Exhibition Match. Nikki Bella is out and finally the real AJ Lee. The Divas Champion takes commentary and CM Punk chants start as the match begins.
Brie doesn't fight back and Nikki dominates. Nikki goes for the Rack Attack but AJ distracts her. Brie rolls Nikki up for the win.
Winner: "AJ Lee"
- After the bell, Nikki attacks her sister but AJ makes the save. Brie gets a big "yes!" chant going but AJ drops her with a kick and a DDT. AJ kisses her Divas Title and poses over the Bellas before making her exit.
- The announcers plug WWE 2K15. Still to come, the Survivor Series contract signing. Back to commercial.
- Back from the break and we get Big E's vignette for A New Day.
- Cena approaches Ryback backstage. Cena says WWE needs Ryback and asks if he's put any thought into joining Team Cena. Cena walks off after trying to make Ryback guilty and convince him to join the team.
- We see what happened with Wyatt and Ambrose earlier.
The Usos and Los Matadores vs. Stardust, Goldust, The Miz and Damien Sandow
Back from the break and out comes The Usos after a plug for the WWE Tag Team Title match at Survivor Series. We go to commercial.
Stardust ends up getting the win for his team after pinning one of the Usos.
Winners: Stardust, Goldust, Damien Sandow and The Miz
- After the match, the two teams have words and we see Grumpy Cat watching backstage.
- It's announced that Sheamus was injured in the table bump with Henry and he's off Team Cena.
- Team Authority comes out for the contract signing. Triple H talks about how they live for WWE and gets choked up it looks like. He tells Stephanie that they cannot lose and she says they won't. Triple H yell at the team about not losing. He calls out the members of the supposed Team Cena for a last chance to back out. Stephanie talks and introduces what's left of Team Cena. Cena comes out by himself and stands there.
Cena makes his way to the ring alone. He has words with Stephanie and declares Team Authority will lose on Sunday. Cena cuts a promo and talks about using 4 fans from the crowd to defeat Team Authority. Triple H is bored by Cena's promo. Stephanie finally slaps Cena. He says it's go time and it looks like we've got a beatdown coming. Dolph Ziggler's music hits and out he comes. Big Show is out next. Erick Rowan is out next and he wants a piece of Harper. Stephanie says Cena is still one man short. Cesaro is out next as the last member of Team Cena. It's a swerve as Cesaro jumps over to Team Authority. They all laugh at Cena. Ryback's music hits and out he comes to a big pop. Ryback hits the ring and a huge brawl breaks out. The ring is cleared. Triple H ends up going for a Pedigree on Cena but Ryback walks up. Ryback and Triple H face off. Cena turns Triple H around and puts him through the table with an Attitude Adjustment. RAW goes off the air with Team Cena celebrating and Stephanie tending to Triple H.
