- NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension made their main roster TV debuts on tonight's episode of WWE Main Event. They defeated Los Matadores in the main event of the show.

- The dark match before tonight's WWE Main Event tapings in Wilkes-Barre, PA saw Sami Zayn defeat Tyson Kidd.

- The dark match in between tonight's Main Event and the SmackDown tapings saw NXT Champion Adrian Neville defeat Tyler Breeze with Red Arrow.

- Chris Jericho noted that the cast of Total Divas will be his Talk Is Jericho guests this Friday.
