Big UFC Main Event Is Off, Shogun - Hendo Highlights, Chael - Wanderlei Update, UFN Bonuses

- Dan Henderson won his highly anticipated rematch with Mauricio "Shogun" Rua at last night's UFC Fight Night: Shogun vs. Henderson 2 event in Natal, Brazil, knocking out Shogun in the third round. Shogun dominated the first two rounds before getting caught with a right hook in the third. You can watch highlights from the fight in the video above.

- Hendo picked up two performance bonuses for his fight with Shogun last night. Both Hendo and Shogun were awarded "Fight of the Night" honors, while Hendo also earned a a "Performance of the Night" bonus. Godofredo Pepey took home the other performance bonus. Each bonus was $50,000, so Hendo pocketed $100,000 in just bonus money.

- It was announced at the event's post-fight press conference that the show drew 6,828 fans.

- Chael Sonnen vs. Wanderlei Silva is now official for UFC Fight Night from Brazil on May 31st. The two are currently the coaches on Ultimate Fighter: Brazil, which is airing on UFC Fight Pass.

- The UFC announced today that middleweight champion Chris Weidman suffered a knee injury that will require minor surgery, and he has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled title defense against Lyoto Machida at UFC 173 on May 24th. The fight has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 5 and a new main event for UFC 173 will be announced shortly.
