Paul Heyman Wrestling CM Punk?, John Cena On Topping PWI 500, News For Monday's RAW

- CM Punk and Paul Heyman will finally be taking their rivalry to the ring. Punk vs. Heyman and Curtis Axel in a 2-on-1 handicap match is part of a double main event being advertised by the US Airways Center in Phoenix for this Monday's RAW. Axel had challenged Punk to a match on RAW at last night's SmackDown taping, so it's unknown if that challenge will lead to this handicap match, or if this will be a dark match for the local fans. Also advertised is Rob Van Dam, The Big Show and Mark Henry vs. The Shield in a six-man tag-team match, which is likely a dark match.

- As noted yesterday, John Cena topped the 23rd annual "PWI 500," which is now available for digital download at pwi-online.com. The magazine cites Cena's victory over The Rock at WrestleMania 29, his Royal Rumble victory, his Money in the Bank triumph, and two pins of CM Punk on Monday Night Raw as his standout accomplishments during the evaluation period of July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013.

"Even after celebrating 11 years on WWE TV, no accolade goes unappreciated," Cena, who is the first wrestler to earn the honor three times, told PWI Publisher Stu Saks. "And for my critics?and that's who you are?to be willing to give me a pat on the back and say, 'Job well done,' this means more to me than you could ever know."
