WWE Superstars Recap: Jimmy Uso Vs. McGillicuty, Divas Tag Team Action, RAW Recaps

Superstars this week opens with a match, as usual.

Jimmy Uso (with Jay Uso) vs. Michael McGillicutty

They tie up and Michael slams Uso to the mat. They tie up again and Michael backs Uso into the corner. They exchange chops back and forth. Uso kicks Michael's legs out two times. Michael goes to the apron and Uso punches him to the floor. Uso slams Michael's head off the apron and rolls him back in. He then goes to work on Michael's arm. Michael gets out and delivers a series of strikes to Uso. He then chokes Uso on the center rope.

He knees Uso in the gut and then hits him with a forearm to the back. Michael whips Uso into the corner, but Uso comes back with a pair of strikes. He whips Michael off the ropes and tries to hit another strike, but Michael bails to the outside. Back from commercial and Michael is in control with a side headlock. Uso fights out and tries to press the attack, but Michael slams his head into the corner. He kicks him multiple times into the mat. He whips Uso off the ropes and lands a dropkick.

He then drives his knee into the side of Uso's head while he is on the mat. Michael cranks Uso's head and then elbows it. He locks in a headlock on Uso. Uso tries to fight out with punches, but Michael lands a clothesline to the back of the head. He then locks a headlock back in on Uso. Uso fights out and slams Michael to the mat. He then hits a pair of strikes and a kick, followed by a Samoan drop and a corner running butt bump. He goes up top and Michael follows him with punches. Uso pushes him off and leaps off, but Michael moves. He tries for a Superkick and Michael dodges. Michael tries for something and Uso dodges. Uso connects with a Superkick. Uso goes up top and lands a Samoan Splash for the win.

Winner: Jimmy Uso

After the match, Triple H and Paul Heyman's segment from RAW is shown.

Then, a portion of Undertaker and Team Hell No's match against The Shield from RAW is shown.

Kaitlyn and Layla vs. Tamina Snuka and Aksana

Kaitlyn and Aksana start things off. Kaitlyn hits a clothesline, followed by a Suplex. She goes to work on Aksana's arm. Aksana fights out with strikes to the head. She slams Kaitlyn to the mat. Kaitlyn picks Aksana up and takes her to her corner. Layla comes in and spanks Aksana. She then kicks Aksana and hits a quick roll up attempt. Aksana reverses Layla's attack and drives her boot into Layla's throat in the corner. Snuka comes in and hits Layla with a forearm to the back.

Layla fights back with a kick to the mid section. Snuka whips Layla in the corner. Layla bounds off the corner and hits a cross body. Snuka comes back quickly and backs Layla into the corner. She then kicks Layla multiple times. She whips Layla into another corner and charges her, but Layla puts her boot up. Layla goes up top and Aksana tries to get a cheap shot, but Layla kicks her off the apron. Snuka pulls Layla off and slams her to the mat.

Snuka hits a Suplex for a near pin fall. She then takes Layla to her corner and she and Aksana exchange quick pins while working on Layla. Aksana kicks Layla in the gut and locks in a chin lock. Layla fights to her feet and tags Kaitlyn in. Aksana tags Snuka in as well. Kaitlyn hits a clothesline on Snuka and then kicks Aksana off the apron. Kaitlyn hits a fireman's carry gutbuster. Aksana comes in to attack Kaitlyn and she gets speared. Kaitlyn then turns around and spears Snuka for the win.

Winner: Kaitlyn

After the match, the segment with Mick Foley and Ryback, followed by John Cena's attack on Ryback from RAW is shown to end the show.
