Kevin Nash Talks New Fans, Colt Cabana & Maria Kanellis At WCA In LA Tonight, AAW, XWW, More

The Niagara Falls Review has an interview with Nash about tonight's show and independent wrestling. During the interview, Nash discussed gaining new fans despite not being on the big stage.
"The one thing that's been kind of neat is WWE puts out so many dvds about nWo, Nitro, Monday night wars, those kids have been indoctrinated in that Monday night war era, which was a classic era of pro wrestling," Nash said. "They become fans of yours and buy the (video) game and they're you. Then they reissue dolls and they buy your doll and an eight year old is a fan of yours.
"To me, that's priceless to sit there with grey hair and have an eight year old say you're their favourite."
- The Wrestling Cares Association of Los Angeles is set to debut their first event in the year-long Race for the Ring Tournament tonight. 32 top independent wrestling stars will compete throughout 2013, for the chance to be crowned champion. Partnering with the Scott L. Schwartz Foundation, 25% of the ticket proceeds will go to charity. The event will be hosted by former WWE Diva Maria Kanellis and will feature some of the most renowned names in independent wrestling like Colt Cabana, Davey Richards and BBoy.
