AJ Lee starts out the show. She says she "hates to be the bearer of bad news", but CM Punk appears and cuts her off. He walks down the ramp with Heyman and enters the ring. He says the bad news she was going to share is that Cena is not there tonight. He brags that it is thanks to him injuring Cena. He goes on to say that he figured out why AJ is the worst GM ever, claiming it's because "she is a woman" and "women shouldn't be in charge of anything". Also, he disses her being born and raised in NJ. He has bad news of his own, he won't be competing because he has no competition and goes to exit. AJ informs him that he will defend his title in the main event against Ryback, in a Lumberjack match unless he wants to be stripped of his belt. She skips around him and then to the back. CM Punk exits, and then Justin Roberts announces the main event for later in the night.
