TMZ Posts Matt Hardy's Mugshot, Court Date Scheduled For September

TMZ.com has posted Matt Hardy's mugshot stemming from his arrest this past Saturday in North Carolina for driving while intoxicated. You can check it out by clicking here. As noted yesterday, Hardy took took to his YouTube channel to proclaim his innocence.

In response to fans who were discussing his arrest, Hardy wrote, "I took a breathalyzer immediately on the spot and it read clean, zero, nothing. Think about peeps! There's more to this story than meets the eye. MATTHEW"
Hardy will appear in court on September 28th after being charged with "Driving While Impaired" and "Exceeding Safe Speed while driving."
