United States Championship Fatal Four Way Match
Kofi Kingston (c) vs. MVP vs. William Regal vs. Matt Hardy

Kofi Kingston came to the ring first, followed by Regal, Hardy and MVP last. Call me old fashioned, but I always feel like the champ should come in last.

Regal suckerpunched Hardy early, allowing MVP and Kingston to double team Hardy and then Regal. After they were out of the ring, MVP and Kofi went at it.

Some botched spots early on. Kofi looked really good with his jumping ability. The finish saw Regal get rid of MVP and Hardy by throwing them out of the ring, and Kofi capitalized by hitting Regal with the Trouble In Paradise to get the clean pin. Decent opener.

Winner via pinfall and still U.S. Champion: Kofi Kingston

Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole are building up how it's impossible for John Cena to hit the STF on Big Show.

Joey Matthews interviewed Big Show, who said we've seen that Cena can't get the STF on him.

Intercontinental Championship No Holds Barred Match
Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Chris Jericho

Jericho started his entrance from the merchandise stands in the arena and walked to the ring, all the while calling Mysterio a liar and threatening the fans. He said he's going to make the Mysterio masks that they sell at the merchandise stands worthless because he's going to take his mask off.

Fast paced match, which told the same story as last month, with Mysterio continuously going for the 619 and not being able to hit it.

At one point, Mysterio went for the 619 but Jericho turned it into a spinning backbreaker and got a two count. Jericho ten missed with a lionsault and Mysterio hit a 619 to the back of Jericho's head. Mysterio went for the splash, but Jericho turned it into the codebreaker and only got a two count.

Jericho got a chair from ringside and went to hit Mysterio, but Mysterio dropkicked the chair into Jericho's face and got a two count. Mysterio continued to use the chair as a weapon, but couldn't put Jericho away. Mysterio went for a hurricarana, but Jericho was able to turn it into the Walls. Mysterio managed to grab the chair and nail Jericho. Mysterio went for the 619, but Jericho ripped Mysterio's mask off. Mysterio covered his face (you couldn't see Mysterio's face) and Jericho rolled him up for the victory! Really good match.

Winner and NEW Intercontinental Champion: Chris Jericho

A promo for the new Randy Savage DVD aired.

Joey Matthews interviewed Batista backstage and asked him about what Orton did to Ric Flair last Monday. Batista did a standard promo, promising a long road of pain and suffering for Randy Orton and taking the WWE Championship. He said it won't be over and it won't be until he wipes his entire legacy.

Samoan Strap Match
CM Punk vs. Umaga

Grisham asked how Punk is going to be able to drag Umaga around with the strap and Ross answered that we don't know, and that's why they're having the match. Ross has sounded annoyed with Grisham all night.

The pace of the night really slowed with this match, and the crowd was dead for it. They wrestled a smart match, but couldn't get the crowd back after the Mysterio – Jericho match although there were CM Punk chants a couple of times in the match.

The crowd did get back into it for the end. CM Punk was able to touch three corners and Umaga charged Punk with the Samoan spike, but Punk was able to turn it into the GTS and hit the fourth corner to get the win.

Winner: CM Punk

Gregory Helms interviewed Christian backstage. Christian said he heard it might be Tommy Dreamer's last match and he'll miss him. He said that Dreamer looks like a meltimg candle with his shirt off. Dreamer came in and said if he looks like a melting candle, then Christian must be the wick. Jack Swagger came in and started to say that he'll leave with the title, but Christian and Swagger just walked off.

ECW Championship Triple Threat Hardcore Rules Match
Christian (c) vs. Jack Swagger vs. Tommy Dreamer

Christian and Dreamer went for weapons early, with Dreamer getting his singapore cane and Christian getting a trash can lid. They both worked over Swagger, and then Christian started wailing away at Dreamer.

Not much to this match, it was a standard garbage match with lots of weapons.

The finish of the match saw Jack Swagger going for his power bomb on Christian, but Tommy Dreamer nailed Swagger with a cane. Dreamer then hit a DDT and pinned Swagger to win the ECW Championship. The match was average, but the surprise ending made up for it.

Winner and NEW ECW Champion: Tommy Dreamer

Backstage Chavo Guerrero was training Vickie for her match with Santina Marella.

Miss WrestleMania Hog Pen Match
Vickie Guerrero (c) vs. Santina Marella

Jerry Lawler introduced the match. Vickie told Lawler that she is officially making this match a handicap match with Chavo and Vickie vs. Santina. Chavo protested, saying he wasn't dressed to wrestle.

Not much to say about this match. Santina threw Chavo into the hog pen at one point. Chavo later gained the advantage and tagged Vickie in. Santina went to throw a bucket of slop at Vickie, but Chavo came in and got a bucket of his own. He went to throw it at Santina, but Santina ducked and it got all over Vickie. Santina put the bucket on Chavo's head and then pinned Vickie to win the match.

Winner and NEW Miss WrestleMania: Santina Marella

After the match, Vickie and Chavo started going at it in the mud. This is the kind of match that you hope none of your friends sees you watching, or else you'll definitely get the "How can you watch this sh**?" question.

A promo for SummerSlam aired.

More lame comedy as Vickie and Chavo were walking backstage with Goldust and Hornswoggle. Before long, they bumped into Edge. Vickie was mad at Edge for not helping her out, and said for the first time he's facing Jeff Hardy alone and that he never cared about her. Edge told Vickie that she better get a good divorce attorney and that their marriage ends tonight.

WWE Championship Steel Cage Match
Randy Orton (c) vs. Batista

Jerry Lawler said he thinks Orton will win, which would seem to indicate a Batista victory. Orton tried to run out of the cage immediately, but was blocked by Batista. Orton continued to try and get out of the cage anytime he gained the advantage.

At one point, Orton tried to climb out of the cage but saw an opening for a punt so he climbed back in. He went for the punt but missed and tried to run out of the cage, but Batista caught him. Orton shook out, but Batista grabbed him and hit the Batista bomb to get the three count. Kinda anti-climactic ending for a world title change.

Winner and NEW WWE Champion: Batista

After the match, Batista looked at the belt and said "For you, Ric"!

Submission Match
John Cena vs. Big Show

This was the same as their previous matches, with Show dominating the entire early going, which seems to guarantee a Cena victory.

Crowd was pretty dead for Show's offense, which was about 95% of the match. We can only hope that this match ends this feud, because the matches have been sh** so far.

Cena was finally able to get some decent offense in towards the tail end of the match. Cena hit show with a bulldog and then the five knuckle shuffle. As he got up, Show grabbed him for the chokeslam but Cena turned it into the Attitude Adjustment. He then went for the STF, but Show got out and hit the knockout punch, knocking Cena out of the ring.

Cena hit a flying legdrop on Show as he was getting back in the ring. He then locked Show's leg between the bottom and middle ropes and applied the STF (even though Show's leg was now free from the ropes). He held it in for about 15 seconds before Big Show tapped.

Winner: John Cena

World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match
Edge (c) vs. Jeff Hardy (Ladder Match)

These guys aren't left with much time, thanks to Cena and Big Show. With the lack of time, they went right for the ladders early.

Both guys did some innovative things. At one point, Edge had Hardy under a ladder and got him in a sharpshooter, causing Hardy to tap, but it doesn't count.

Later in the match, Hardy hit a whisper in the wind from on top of one of the bigger ladders. Later in the match, Hardy laid a ladder out from the ring to the ring barrier and laid Edge face down in it. Hardy then climbed a ladder, but Edge recovered and met Hardy at the top of the ladder and both men fell through the ladder that was laid down.

Back in the ring, Hardy climbed a smaller ladder while Edge went up a larger one. Edge went to spear Hardy from the larger ladder to the smaller ladder, but Hardy reversed it in mid-air into a twist of fate. Hardy started to climb the ladder again, but Edge met him at the top and knocked him off. Hardy then grabbed Edge's legs and pulled him through one of the steps and Edge got caught. Hardy then grabbed the belt to win the match!

Winner and NEW World Heavyweight Champion: Jeff Hardy

After the match, CM Punk's music hit and he's cashing in his Money In The Bank title shot! Punk quickly got Hardy in the GTS and nailed it, but only got a two count! Hardy got a roll up, but only hit a two count. Punk hit another GTS and was able to put Hardy away this time to win the title!
