Breaking News On Scott Hall & ICP Invading TNA PPV
Earlier this evening, PWInsider.com confirmed with two sources that Scott Hall was in fact booked for the TNA Turning Point 2008 PPV and would at some point be involved in a match. Hall along with the Insane Clown Posse appeared in the front row during the Rhino vs. Sheik Abdul Bashir match. Mike Tenay only referenced to them as "familiar faces" and the camera generally avoided them. All attention was turned to Hall as he settled in the front row with ICP, as the crowd was chanting "Razor" and throwing up Wolfpac signs while Rhino was making his comeback in the match. Bashir taunted Hall from ringside, as did Chris Sabin and Alex Shelly in the next match. By the time the bell rang for Christian vs. Booker T, Hall and company had left.
At least one member of TNA has claimed to ProWrestling.Net that the company did not know Scott Hall was going to appear at ringside, which may explain why Tenay tried not to refer to him by name. Hall and the Insane Clown Posse were all wearing black and white shirts promoting their JCW wrestling promotion. Hall is said to be good friends with ICP, and has never no-showed any of their JCW events.
