Dane has worked as a journalist and writer since 2015. He currently works as a family doctor but remains passionate about writing. Prior to medical school, he worked at multiple outlets like the Canadian Medical Association Journal, The Windsor Star, Evidence Network, and The Sportster. Dane has a passion for podcasts and has produced numerous audio documentaries, most recently about the stigma associated with homelessness in the healthcare system. He honed his writing skills as the editor of the Trinity Student Medical Journal during medical school. Since 2015, he has published nine articles in medical journals, including an award-winning essay about ageism in healthcare for the British Geriatric Society. Dane wore the world heavyweight title during his wedding entrance. He has spent the past five years writing articles about WWE, WCW, and ECW.

Education

Dane is a board-certified family physician with a master's degree in journalism.
