WWE SmackDown Results 11/6/26 W/ Live Updates: Kevin Owens Vs. CM Punk
Welcome to Wrestling Inc.'s live coverage for "WWE SmackDown" on November 6, 2026, coming to you from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York! The show begins at 8 PM ET, can be streamed both on the USA Network in the US and Netflix internationally, and was pre-taped this past Monday night in a double taping for "WWE Raw" and "SmackDown".
Kevin Owens will be going head-to-head with rival CM Punk in a No Holds Barred Match. Tensions between the two men have remained no secret over the course of the last several weeks, including this past Tuesday on "WWE NXT" when Owens cost Punk his NXT Championship match against current titleholder Grayson Waller in the main event of the show.
Michin and B-Fab will be putting their Women's Tag Team Championship on the line for the first time since dethroning Tatum Paxley and Alexa Bliss on the October 23 episode of "SmackDown" as they defend against Fatal Influence's Lainey Reid and Fallon Henley. Reid and Henley previously had an 83 day reign with the Women's Tag Team Championship before they lost to Paxley and Bliss on the October 9 episode of "SmackDown".
Shinsuke Nakamura of Bakusai will be in singles competition as he collides with one half of the reigning WWE Tag Team Champions and MFT member Tama Tonga. Nakamura holds a singles victory against Tama's MFT tag team partner Talla Tonga on the May 22 episode of "SmackDown" and a tag team victory with fellow Bakusai member Kyoki against MFT via disqualification on the September 18 episode of "SmackDown".
Additionally, Damian Priest will be in action as he squares off against Nathan Frazer. Priest's most recent victory on "SmackDown" came on the October 16 episode of the show when he defeated former tag team partner R-Truth via referee stoppage.

The week may almost be over, but we're just getting started with our live blog tonight for "SmackDown" and welcome you to join us!
-
Ahead of Shinsuke Nakamura's match against Tama Tonga, himself and Kyoki sent a message to MFT in a video that was posted to WWE's X account.
"The real fun begins!"@ShinsukeN looks to get another one up on The MFTs TONIGHT on #SmackDown!

"Tonight, I'll teach Tama Tonga what is really worthy of respect. Unlike the MFTs, we don't need magical sticks to be powerful. We aren't afraid of winning on our own," said Nakamura in the video.
Kyoki also made it clear that Bakusai hasn't forgotten that MFT hold the WWE Tag Team Championship, adding "You'll see when you finally lose those tag titles to Bakusai!"
-
We are live! For those following along on the international Netflix stream with me, the show kicks off with a video recapping the recent ongoings between Kevin Owens and CM Punk ahead of their No Holds Barred Match.
-
Wade Barrett and Joe Tessitore then greet audiences at home before throwing it over to a video recapping the verbal confrontation that went down between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn this past Monday on "WWE Raw" and Zayn's blindside attack on Reigns just moments after the brawl that went down between The Bloodline and The 946.
Zayn (a dear favorite of mine) then makes his way out to the ring.
-
We Hear From Sami Zayn
Zayn says he has to know how many people in the live crowd came to ride or die with "The Last Real Good Guy". He says he can't stop thinking about Reigns telling Zayn he doesn't think he'll be Undisputed WWE Champion by the time WWE Crown Jewel comes around. He says he liked people underestimating him once upon a time, but those days are done because as long as he's the Undisputed WWE Champion, no one overlooks him again.
-
Jimmy Uso's music hits and he makes his way out. He tells Zayn was his dawg, his friend, his family, and his "Honorary Uce". He says he's alone and it's taking everything in him not to take down Zayn right now, then says The Bloodline is at war with The 946 (perhaps in a reference to a future 2026 Men's WarGames Match???).
"What happened to you?"
Jimmy Uso isn't trying to hear what @SamiZayn has to say... 😮💨 pic.twitter.com/hUcUxYMX7f
— WWE (@WWE) November 7, 2026
Zayn says he'll always be Jimmy's dawg (which is so wholesome to me), then says he thought Jimmy would understand better than anyone where he was coming from and says Jimmy understood him in The Bloodline better than anyone else. He says Jimmy also pulled the trigger before anyone else in The Bloodline, but Jimmy says he did what he had to do when push came to shove. Zayn says he's doing what he has to do and what he needs to do to get the respect he deserves, and honestly clock him girl!
Jimmy says Zayn will be beaten at Crown Jewel, but Zayn says he wanted Reigns to take their Men's Crown Jewel Match as seriously as he did. He says he wants Reigns angry because that's the respect he deserves, then tells Jimmy to let Reigns know he'll see him tomorrow night and leaves the ring.
-
Bronco Nima and Lucien Price appear at ringside as Cruz Montana and Carmelo Hayes attack Jimmy in the ring while Royce Keys and Jaida Parker join him. Zayn stares down Keys and the rest of The 946 when they join Keys, prompting Zayn to back down. Montana takes down Jimmy with a Spin The Block, and Keys connects with a spinebuster on him as Zayn hesitantly has his back turned to Jimmy.
🚨 THE 946 HAVE ARRIVED 🚨
And @SamiZayn turns his back on Jimmy Uso! 😡 pic.twitter.com/nCsdjRE3D2
— WWE (@WWE) November 7, 2026
Zayn heads to the back as The 946 continue to beat down Jimmy in the ring. At this point, I'm also wondering where the rest of The Bloodline is to help out Jimmy, but I digress.
-
Back from the break, Rey Fenix approaches Zayn and brushes him off after seeing him leave Jimmy alone at ringside. Zayn becomes heated, but Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae approach Zayn. Gargano assures Zayn he did the right thing even if Zayn doesn't believe it, and LeRae reminds Zayn he promised Gargano another Undisputed WWE Championship. Zayn says he doesn't want to lose the Undisputed WWE Championship before Gargano gets his title shot.
Back at ringside, Bakusai makes their way out. MFT is already at ringside.
-
Shinsuke Nakamura (w/ Kyoki) vs. Tama Tonga (w/ Talla Tonga and Haku)
The bell rings and Nakamura fires off knees on Tama's midsection. Tama levels Nakamura with a strike and delivers an elbow strike to the back of his neck, then shoves Nakamura into the corner of the ring. Nakamura drapes Tama across the top turnbuckle and delivers a knee to his midsection, then jams his boot into Nakamura's neck and follows it up with a German suplex on him. He sends Tama crashing into the barricade spine first, but Talla runs over Nakamura with a big boot.
-
Back from the break, Nakamura runs over Tama with a knee strike. Nakamura lands a knee strike on the side of Tama's head, then fires off a kick on his chest and looks to land another one. Tama catches the kick, but Nakamura delivers a German suplex to him and goes for a pin. Tama kicks out.
Tama delivers a flatliner to Nakamura, then delivers a suplex to him and sends him crashing into the mat with a double underhook facebuster.
Tama rocks Nakamura with a headbutt, but Nakamura delivers a knee strike to him and connects with a suplex on him. He knocks Talla off the ring apron with a kick to Talla's head, but Tama lands a Cutthroat on Nakamura. Talla looks to chokeslam Kyoki on the ring apron on the outside, but Kyoki sends Talla crashing into the barricade with a knee strike. This opens the door for Nakamura to land a Kinshasa on Tama for the win, and while this may have been an overbooked ending, I actually think the chaos kind of worked to make for something rather interesting.
Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura

We then head backstage, where Jackie Redmond catches up with CM Punk ahead of his No Holds Match against Kevin Owens. Punk says he lost his Undisputed WWE Championship to a "mid-card guy" like Sami Zayn and says he's tired of the "sad ex-girlfriend energy" of people in the main event scene.
Back from the break, GUNTHER makes his way out.
-
We Hear From GUNTHER
GUNTHER says he wasn't scared of "The Demon" Finn Balor last Friday and clarifies that he was disgusted rather than afraid. He says he proved everything he said about Balor was true, including his career hanging on by a thread and being long past his prime. He says Balor would call it quits tonight if he had dignity and says he used to look up to Balor. He says he used to respect him, but Balor embarrassed himself and the great sport of professional wrestling. He says he wants the real Balor to come to the ring and confront him like a man.
-
Balor's music hits and he makes his way out. He says people have asked him for years what he taps into as "The Demon", but admits he doesn't know and says what he does know is that he sent GUNTHER through a table last Friday. He says the real Balor is here now with a demon in him waiting to get out. He says he's done waiting and gets in the ring.
GUNTHER quickly overpowers Balor and rains down right hands on him. Balor rocks GUNTHER with a forearm and low bridges him out of the ring, then flies over the top rope to take down GUNTHER and ascends to the top rope. GUNTHER pulls Balor off the top rope, but Balor connects with a Sling Blade on GUNTHER and lands a shotgun dropkick to send GUNTHER crashing into the corner of the ring. He sets up for a Coup De Grace, but GUNTHER rolls out of the ring before he can.
Be careful what you ask for, @Gunther_AUT...
Here's the real @FinnBalor! 👊 pic.twitter.com/sVcyXTsgAf
— WWE (@WWE) November 7, 2026
This is a perfect example of a physical brawl working to tell a story, with GUNTHER seemingly being right about not perceiving Balor as a threat only for Balor to come back and prove GUNTHER wrong.
Back at ringside, Michin, B-Fab, and Jade Cargill then make their way to the ring. Fatal Influence follows.
-
Michin and B-Fab (w/ Jade Cargill) (c) vs. Lainey Reid and Fallon Henley (w/ Jacy Jayne) for the Women’s Tag Team Championship
Michin and Reid begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. They catch kicks that the other looks to land and have one another's number in a nice little opening sequence, but Reid delivers a backslide to Michin and rolls her up. Michin kicks out and delivers a dropkick to Reid, then tags in B-Fab. Henley tags in and pins B-Fab, but B-Fab kicks out and Henley levels her with a clothesline.
Tatum Paxley and Alexa Bliss sneak up behind Jacy Jayne and Jade Cargill. Bliss levels Jayne with a cannonball off the barricade and Paxley levels Cargill with a crossbody before they both slide into the ring and beat down Henley and B-Fab to cause the disqualification. I don't know about you, but I would've much preferred for this match to actually play out and had Paxley and Bliss appear afterwards, but it's fiiiiiiiiine.
Winners (and still): Michin and B-Fab (due to no contest)
After the match, Bayley fires off right hands on Jayne until Cargill sets up for a Jaded on her. Charlotte Flair's music hits and she makes her way out in ring gear. She fires off chops on Cargill, but Cargill sets up for a pump kick on her. Flair avoids it and sets up for a Figure Eight Leg Lock on Cargill, but the hold gets broken up and everyone begins brawling with one another once again.
The Queen is here, CHARLOTTE FLAIR is BACK!!! 💎@MsCharlotteWWE pic.twitter.com/3wB4rNdxNr
— WWE (@WWE) November 7, 2026
We then head backstage, where Byron Saxton catches up with Owens.
-
We then head backstage, where Byron Saxton catches up with Paxley, Bliss, Flair, and Bayley. Flair says if Cargill, Michin, B-Fab, and Fatal influence want to go to war in the 2026 Women's WarGames Match, then so be it. Rushed build aside, this should be something to look forward to on November 28.
Back at ringside, "SmackDown" General Manager Nick Aldis is already waiting inside.
-
Chelsea Green Gets Real With The WWE Universe
Aldis introduces Chelsea Green, and she makes her way out. Aldis tells Green they've been through a lot together, then says he wanted to bring Green to the ring to tell her that he respects her. Green says she looked Aldis in the eye and told him it only matters what they think about them instead of what others think about them. She says she left out not believing in herself and says Liv Morgan has amplified her doubts. She says she shows up to work and fight the urge to doubt herself, then questions if she's championship material.
Aldis encourages Green and says she is championship material, but Green says that's not enough and asks if her name really belongs besides all the legends to hold the Women's Championship before her. She says she wants to belong and leave a real legacy, then says if Morgan beats her at Crown Jewel, everything she's thought about herself will be true. She says if she beats Morgan, it wasn't a fluke and despite what everyone said, she deserves to be where she is. She says if she beats Morgan, she cements her place in WWE history as a true champion.
You absolutely DO deserve to be WWE Women's Champion, @ImChelseaGreen!! 👏 👏 pic.twitter.com/xNia1mW9kc
— WWE (@WWE) November 7, 2026
Liv Morgan's music hits and she makes her way out, but before we hear what she has to say, I have to shout out Green for killing it by bringing the emotion to another segment that wouldn't have worked as well as it did if she hadn't have done that.
-
Morgan says participation awards aren't given to those who haven't earned being a champion and asks who Green defeated to become Women's Champion. She says Rhea Ripley got injured and Green got lucky, then says the fans support her because they see themselves in her: a talentless person. She says Green is a charity case and she'll prove the voices in Green's head true when she leaves Crown Jewel as a two time Women's Crown Jewel Champion and the greatest Women's World Champion of all time.

Damian Priest then makes his way to the ring. Nathan Frazer is already waiting inside.
-
Damian Priest vs. Nathan Frazer
The bell rings and Frazer flies out of the ring to take down Priest at the bottom of the entrance ramp. Priest throws Frazer into the corner inside the ring, but Frazer rains down right hands on him. Priest regains control and sends Frazer crashing into the mat face first, then calls for a South of Heaven. Frazer low bridges Priest out of the ring, then delivers a dive to him through the ropes to level Priest on the outside. Priest then sends Frazer crashing over the announce desk with a Razor's Edge, and the referee checks on Frazer. He decides to call off the match, and if you want to read more about my thoughts on this, I recommend checking out our 3 Things We Loved and 3 Things We Hated column for this show later tonight because it's a lot more than I can fit into one sentence here.
Winner: Damian Priest (via referee stoppage)
After the match, Axiom gets in Priest's face and sends him crashing into the ring post face first.

We then head over to video packages recapping the recent developments in The John Cena Classic and what's led up to the Last Man Standing Match between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton at Crown Jewel.
Back at ringside, CM Punk makes his way out. Kevin Owens follows.
-
Kevin Owens vs. CM Punk in a No Holds Barred Match
The bell rings and the two men fire off right hands on one another. Punk whips Owens into the corner and lands a step-up knee on him, but the action spills out of the ring and Punk sends Owens crashing into the announce desk midsection first. Owens cracks a chair across Punk's spine on the outside of the ring, then fires off right hands on Punk to send him crashing over the barricade and into the crowd.
-
Owens sends Punk crashing head first into a monitor, but Punk hits Owens with a drink and the two men brawl through the crowd as I appreciate this actually feeling like it's a big fight. Punk sends Owens crashing into a guard rail and a camera face first, then rains down right hands on Owens' head. Owens sends Punk crashing into a guard rail face first and jams his boot into Punk's throat.
No Holds Barred is already off the rails 😳@FightOwensFight pic.twitter.com/YG8KMqv7Ts

-
Back from the break, Punk dumps Owens over the barricade and into the ringside area. He delivers a flying clothesline to him off the barricade and separates the ring steps, but Owens trips Punk on one of the ring steps to send him crashing into it and sets up a table on the outside of the ring.
Owens cracks a chair across Punk's spine and grabs another table from under the ring, then sets it up next to the first one on the outside. Punk grabs a chair and hits Owens in the midsection with it, then cracks it across Owens' spine and dumps him back in the ring. He grabs a garbage can from under the ring and throws it inside, but Owens picks up the garbage can and hits Punk in the head with it.
-
Owens slides the garbage can onto Punk's head and pulls him into the corner of the ring, then uses the chair to hit the garbage can with and connects with a cannonball on Punk as Punk still has the garbage can placed over his head.
Punk delivers a back body drop to Owens to send him crashing into the garbage can, and the two men exchange right hands with one another on the outside of the ring. Punk drags Owens up the entrance ramp and delivers a GTS to him, then wheels out a dolley and places Owens on top of it. He pushes the dolley down the entrance ramp to send Owens crashing into the screen on the side of the ring in my favorite spot of the match so far.
CM Punk is using anything and everything in this match 😅 pic.twitter.com/Ga418wMlYf
— WWE (@WWE) November 7, 2026
-
Punk ascends to the top rope and delivers an elbow drop to Owens, then goes for a pin but Owens kicks out. Punk sends Owens crashing into a chair wedged between the top and middle turnbuckle face first.
-
Back from another break, Punk dumps several chairs into the ring and places one of the chairs on top of Owens. Owens rolls out of the ring before Punk lays him on top of the announce desk and ascends up the barricade. He delivers an elbow drop to send Owens crashing through the announce desk, then dumps Owens back in the ring and looks under the ring to find a chain.
Punk wraps the chain around his knee and sets up for a GTS on Owens. Owens catches Punk's knee, then cracks a chair across Punk's spine. Owens then lays Punk on the two tables outside of the ring and ascends up the ropes, but Punk rolls off the tables and rocks Owens with an enzuigiri.
Punk pulls Owens off the ropes and sends him crashing into six chairs set up face-to-face. He goes for a pin, but Owens kicks out and Punk gets Owens up on his shoulders on the ring apron. Owens fights his way out and sends himself and Punk crashing through the tables on the outside to make for a pretty awesome looking spot.

This match is MADNESS!!!@FightOwensFight | @CMPunk pic.twitter.com/EpQnYtQ1oO
— WWE (@WWE) November 7, 2026
Owens delivers a Stunner to Punk, then goes for a pin but Punk kicks out. Owens jams the leg of one of the chairs into Punk's face and wraps the chain around his fist, then hits Punk with a right hand and pins him for the win in a match that I really don't have any complaints about. It brought the grit, intensity, and fun that was needed to pull off something like this.
Winner: Kevin Owens
-
Here is the TL;DR of what down on tonight's show:
-
Singles Match: Shinsuke Nakamura def. Tama Tonga via pinfall
-
WWE Women's Tag Team Championship: Michin and B-Fab def. Fatal Influence via no contest caused by outside interference
-
Singles Match: Damian Priest def. Nathan Frazer via referee stoppage
-
No Holds Barred Match: Kevin Owens def. CM Punk via pinfall
-
-
For a pre-taped episode of "SmackDown", I will admit that this was not the worst of the worst that's been on this show. Don't get me wrong, I didn't think it was stellar or anything special and a couple of matches had some really bad endings, but the No Holds Barred match helped to veer this away from being outright terrible.
It's also worth noting that Johnny Gargano and Rey Fenix found themselves involved in a post-show verbal confrontation with one another in an exclusive video posted to WWE's X account:
EXCLUSIVE: @JohnnyGargano delivers a stern warning to @luchalibreaaa Cruiserweight Champion @ReyFenixMx. pic.twitter.com/WQ9hSxLiW3
