Daniel Garcia Says This AEW Star Is One Of The Best People He's Ever Met

AEW star Daniel Garcia was a special guest on Matt Hardy's podcast, "The Extreme Life Of Matt Hardy," where he spoke highly about one AEW star — Blackpool Combat Club member Bryan Danielson.

"Wrestling Bryan [Danielson] meant the world to me," said Garcia. "You know, I learned so much from him not just as a wrestler, but as a human Bryan [Danielson] is one of the best people I've ever met in my life."

Garcia later added that while he felt that Danielson is one of the greatest wrestlers, it's "crazier" how he's even a "better human than he is a wrestler." The former JAS member has been in the ring with Danielson several times, as both an opponent and a partner. The first time the two met in the ring was on the February 23, 2022, episode of "AEW Dynamite." The last match they had was a tag team match on the October 5, 2022 episode of "Dynamite," where they ended up losing to Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara.

Now more than a year later, Garcia is dealing with the drama between other former JAS members — Anna Jay, Matt Menard, and Angelo Parker. Meanwhile, Danielson has been in a feud with Ricky Starks and appears to have started another with the House of Black. After Danielson defeated Andrade El Idolo on the October 21 episode of "AEW Collision," Malakai Black made his return and knocked out Danielson. He and his cohorts later attacked Blackpool Combat Club members Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli in the main event.
