Laurel Van Ness - Impact Wrestling Update (Contains Spoilers), Jesse Godderz TV Series Renewed, BTW

- As noted, Laurel Van Ness, who is winning the Knockouts title on tonight's episode of Impact Wrestling, had reportedly requested her release from Impact Wrestling after winning the title at the last set of tapings. Sonjay Dutt, who is also a member of the Impact creative team, was on a recent Impact teleconference with members of the Indian media and was asked by SportsKeeda about her status with the company.

"Well, to put it simply, she's the Knockouts Champion, and she's here," Dutt said. "She's with the company."

As we mentioned before, she is expected to be granted her release once she drops the title, presumably at the next set of Impact tapings in January.

- The TV series Tainted Dreams, which stars Jessie Godderz, was greenlit by Amazon for a second season. Access Hollywood reported that the season 2 premiere will air on Thursday, December 21st on Amazon and Amazon Prime.
