Protective Order Filed Against WWE Star

David Otunga and his fiance of 10 years, Grammy award winning singer and actress Jennifer Hudson, have split. According to People, the couple had been in the process of breaking up for several months, and Hudson received a protective order against Otunga.

"They have been in the process of ending their relationship for a number of months," Hudson's rep told People in a statement. "Today, Jennifer requested and received a protective order against her ex-fiancé. Jennifer's actions are solely taken in the best interest of their son."

Otunga and Hudson got engaged in 2008 and welcomed a son, David Daniel Otunga Jr., the following year.

Last April as part of the Superstar Shakeup, WWE announced that Otunga would be replacing Byron Saxton, who was moving to SmackDown Live, as the color commentator for RAW. Booker T filled in for Otunga, who was filming a movie at the time, however Otunga was supposed to get the role back by the end of the summer once he finished filming. Booker T is still the color commentator for RAW, although Otunga has been appearing on pay-per-views as a panelist for the Kickoff shows.
