WWE Hypes Mickie James Vs. Asuka (Video), WWE NXT Dusty Classic Notes, WWE Stock Down
- As seen on tonight's WWE NXT episode, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa received a pass to the next round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic because NXT Tag Team Champions The Revival forfeited as Scott Dawson is injured. In the video above, Gargano and Ciampa talk to Charly Caruso backstage and are committed to getting their hands on The Revival, one way or another.
Tonight's show also saw Sanity defeat Kota Ibushi and RAW Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins to advance while The Authors of Pain defeated Rich Swann and No Way Jose, and Shane Thorne of TM-61 defeated Roderick Strong of Team Aries. Strong vs. Thorne was made due to the eye injury to Austin Aries.
