More On Ryback Talking To MMA Group, Backstage News On What WWE Originally Wanted Drew Gulak For

- No word yet on if WWE has signed Drew Gulak after he worked a cruiserweight match on last night's WWE RAW but it was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE officials originally wanted to hire Gulak as a Performance Center Coach. Gulak really impressed people with his Cruiserweight Classic work but officials didn't think he could be a wrestler for WWE, they wanted him to coach because he was that good at wrestling. Last night's RAW appearance indicates he may have been hired as an in-ring talent.

- As noted on Monday, former WWE Superstar Ryback appeared on a Las Vegas radio show and revealed that he's in talks with the Bellator MMA promotion as he's open to the idea of stepping inside the cage.

Bellator CEO Scott Coker confirmed to F4Wonline.com that the two spoke but there's nothing close to being signed. It was said that the 35 year old is interested in fighting but the decision will come down to money, not a desire to fight like CM Punk.
