Possible Plans For The WWE SmackDown Tag Team Titles, Steel Cage Match At WWE No Mercy?

As noted, the next SmackDown pay-per-view will take place on October 9th from Sacramento – No Mercy. Matches confirmed as of this writing are John Cena vs. Dean Ambrose vs. WWE World Champion AJ Styles and Alexa Bliss vs. SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch.

It appears The Usos vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions Heath Slater and Rhyno will also happen, with The Usos eventually winning the titles and going on to feud with American Alpha.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that original plans for Dolph Ziggler and WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz had them doing a steel cage match at No Mercy but that could change. The idea behind a cage match between the two is that Maryse can't interfere.
