- WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch was avoided jail time and was sentenced over her three DUI-related charges from 2015 on Thursday in Carbon County, Pennsylvania, according to TMZ. Sunny's recent 97-day rehab stint was what kept her out of jail.

She was sentenced to a total of 90 days in jail for all three charges but was given jail credit for the rehab stint, according to her attorney Matthew Schnell. Sunny also received 5 years of parole with bi-weekly alcohol testing, 125 hours of community service and around $2,100 in fines. TMZ notes that the judge made it clear – Sunny is in a zero-tolerance situation and is one slip away from jail. Sunny told TMZ that she's 152 days sober, feeling great and dedicated to staying on track.
