- Eva Marie recently spoke with The New York Post about staying in shape. Eva noted that she sticks to a high-protein, low-carb diet six days a week but everything is fair game on cheat day. She said:

"Everything's fair game. I indulge in Jell-O, pastries and my husband's home-baked chocolate-chip cookies. It's the only way I can eat clean six days a week."
