WWE Star Asks To Face The Undertaker, WWE Hires PR Firm For Stephanie McMahon, WWE Star - MMA Note
- WWE has reportedly hired a high-powered PR firm to help promote Stephanie McMahon in her role as WWE's Chief Brand Officer as a friendly public face for the company. Stephanie's recent appearance on ABC's "Good Morning America" was the first gig the new firm landed her but they continue to try and land her mainstream media appearances. They also want Stephanie to be recognized for her philanthropic efforts, similar to Dallas Cowboys Chief Brand Officer and Executive Vice President Charlotte Jones Anderson.
- We don't know who the Superstar is yet but The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that a current WWE talent is "fairly strongly considering" getting into MMA when his contract expires. No other details were given.
- As noted, The Undertaker vs. Braun Strowman is likely not happening at WrestleMania 32 now. Kevin Owens reportedly pitched hard to be The Undertaker's opponent in Dallas but the idea was turned down. No word yet on who Taker will be facing but there was talk within WWE that it will be someone unexpected.
