More On The Awesome Kong - Reby Sky Incident At Friday's TNA Tapings, Issues Going Back To 2013

- As Sean noted earlier, TNA Knockout Awesome Kong was reportedly sent home from the current UK tour on Friday, the first day of the tour, after a backstage incident with World Heavyweight Champion Matt Hardy's wife, Reby Sky.

Kong had an issue with Reby trying to dress in the same locker room that the Knockouts were using and threw Reby's bag out of the room, according to PWInsider. This was the first time Reby had used the same dressing room as the female talents as she did not use the Knockouts locker room at the recent Impact Wrestling tapings in Bethlehem, PA, she dressed separately.

Reby reportedly left the room, likely to speak to a TNA official, and Kong went after her for "not apologizing" when she came back to get her belongings. Two versions of what happened next are currently going around. The first is that Kong tried to go after Reby but was stopped. The second version, which is being reported by many more sources, is that Kong grabbed Reby around the neck and assaulted her, before she was stopped by security and restrained by producer Pat Kenney (Simon Diamond).

It was also said that Reby and Matt's son was nearby during the incident. No word yet on what this means for Kong's future with TNA but you may remember she was previously released for an incident with Bubba The Love Sponge in 2010.

The beef between Kong and Reby goes back to 2013 when Reby spoke out on Twitter about WWE Legend Sid Vicious no-showing an independent event. This led to Kong taking a shot at Reby during her "YouShoot" interview in the "Ho Bag" segment. Reby was later asked about Kong taking the shot on her "Ask.fm" page. Reby, who also called Kong a drug addict, wrote the following when asked about the shoot interview diss:

"Not aware of this, if it is true. Doesn't make much sense, as I don't know her on a really personal level & we have been nothing but nice to each other in passing at shows. We've actually texted back & forth a few times, so if she now has a problem with me, I can only attribute it to one thing/person. Fake as f–k to be nice to my face & talk s–t to a camera if its true, but no shocker there. That's 99% of the women in this business anyway. Next."
