There's a lot of rumours and speculation as to the future of AJ Styles. As a life long wrestling fans we'd love nothing more than to see him win the Royal Rumble, finally making the best wrestler on the planet the WWE Champion.

I don't know if he's going there or not but I do know that on January 13th in Newcastle AJ Styles will face John Morrison to see who becomes the 5 Star Wrestling Champion. Then on the 14th of January in Sheffield, he goes on to face the greatest high flyer of all time, Rey Mysterio. Before finishing the tour in Liverpool, facing off against long time nemesis, Ring of Honor: World Champion Jay Lethal. Could this be his last set of matches on the indies?

- Dave Meltzer reported in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer that WWE was originally looking to debut Styles in The Royal Rumble as a suprise, however he noted that plans might change now that it's public that he's WWE bound.

- Speaking of Gallows, he noted on Twitter that he will be on the NJPW tour in February. He will be teaming with Karl Anderson to face Togi Makabe & Tomoaki Honma. Both of their contracts expire at the end of this month, so that may be their last appearance for NJPW before heading to WWE.
