Update On WWE Tough Enough's Chelsea, NJPW Now Owns Jushin "Thunder" Liger Character, El Patron

- It was announced at the 2015 Tokyo Game Show that New Japan Pro Wrestling has finally acquired the merchandise rights to wrestling legend Jushin "Thunder" Liger, who is expected to return to WWE NXT in the near future. Jushin Liger was originally a Japanese comic book character in the 1970's and the creator, Go Nagai, owned the merchandise rights. After 25 years, NJPW has finally negotiated a deal where they now own the Liger character.

- Alberto El Patron (Alberto Del Rio) will be teaming with his father Dos Caras and his brother, former WWE developmental talent El Hijo del Dos Caras (Guillermo Rodriguez), on October 8th in Laredo, Texas. They will be facing Mr. Aguila, Pierko el Boricua and Pirata Morgan in the main event that night.

- Former WWE Tough Enough competitor Chelsea Green noted on Twitter last week that she was able to run for the first time since suffering an ankle injury on the show, leading to her departure. She's also taking bookings now, as seen in this tweet from Clutch City Productions:
