WWE Hall Of Famer Charged For Three Separate DUI Incidents, Fails To Appear For Hearing

We noted earlier this month that WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch was arrested on May 30th for DUI in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. She was stopped by state police in the parking lot of a Walmart after she hit a curb and proceeded to fail a field sobriety test. She had a blood alcohol level of .253, which is more than three times the legal limit.

Ron Gower of TN Online reports that Sytch was scheduled for a hearing yesterday for that incident, however she failed to appear. The judge waited for 90 minutes before sending the charges for trial to Carbon County Court without her presence. The arresting officer stated that a bench warrant will likely be issued. Her arraignment at Carbon County Court is scheduled for September 3rd.

Sytch was also arrested for two more DUI incidents in June in Pennsylvania. She was arrested on June 1st in Towamensing Township for a vehicle code violation and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. She was taken back to the state police barracks and was given a breath test.

She was arrested again after crashing her vehicle on June 20th, again in Towamensing. She has been charged with DUI, driving without a license, failure to stay in her lane of traffic and careless driving, while a separate charge has been filed against Sytch for a motor vehicle violation involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property. She has a hearing scheduled for August 19th for that incident.
