His TNA status:

"That (Impact) was a one shot deal. They called and they said "we need a referee for the World Heavyweight Championship match. Do you want to do it?" I said "yeah I will come and do it, no problem." That's it. I'm at the point in my life and in my career and Devon too, where we are really enjoying doing what we want to do, when we want to do it. This is like the first time in my entire career where I haven't been on someone else's schedule. So I really dig doing a lot of the smaller shows around the United States, or going back to do something like The Royal Rumble, or going back to be a referee for TNA. It is actually a lot of fun."

Next star or challenger for TNA:

"Guys there is so many great wrestlers and entertainers in TNA. As far as new guys are concerned, let's take guys like Bobby Roode out of the equation, take Bobby Lashley out of the equation, let's take Eric Young out of the equation, because those guys are extremely deserving, but those guys we have seen them already challenge Angle. Let's talk about brand new guys. I'm a big fan of Bram. That kid has got it. I like Galloway. EC3 is definitely going to be a big deal. But my absolute favorite wrestler in TNA is Rockstar Spud. He has it. He is so entertaining and I can't say enough good things about him. Is he going to be the face of TNA? Is he going to be the next World Champion? I don't know, but the kid has so much potential."
