Why WWE Network Is Unable To Air Main Event, NXT Diva Loses Dark Match, Luke Harper Gets A Win

- The dark match before tonight's WWE Main Event in Baton Rouge, Louisiana saw Paige defeat NXT Diva Sasha Banks.

- The dark match in between tonight's Main Event and SmackDown tapings saw Luke Harper defeat Curtis Axel.

- As noted, WWE Network will not air a new episode of Main Event next Tuesday night and Santino Marella's Royal Rumble Lottery Special will air instead.

Main Event is not airing because of WWE's existing deal with the Sky network. With the WWE Network launching in the UK and Ireland on Monday, they are unable to broadcast Main Event into those countries due to the Sky deal. WWE Network is unable to block certain content based on location.

PWInsider reports that there's no estimate yet on when Main Event will return to the WWE Network.
