Tonight's show opens with a musical montage of sorts, featuring all of TNA's prime-time players as they get ready for the big show at NYC's Manhattan Center. There all here: Lance Storm and his crew, MVP and lots of the others. We move to a full-scale brawl in what appears to be an area just outside the venue and chaos reigns! The action is so fast and furious, it's tough to see who is slugging it out with who. Lashley and Roode started it, set off by a blindside blow on Roode by Kenny king. Abyss is there, Rockstar Spud is dishing out some blows and there are some knockouts in the fray. Fans take selfies with the grapplers as the brawl continues into the audience.

Kurt Angle arrives with a mic in hand and reigns it in. He tells the crowd that every title will be defended tonight! Huzzah! Angle gives special attention to Roode and Lashley and tells them to deliver a match of the year. He sets up for a big announcement and MVP interrupts, garnering a "Shut the F up!" chant from the New York crowd. Kurt says he has stepped down from the suit and tie work and that he's cleared to compete. His first match will be against MVP and it's kicked of with a big ol' fist?

Kurt Angle vs. MVP – Street Fight

After a commercial break, MVP has collected himself and he's gotten in some good blows against Angle. Josh Matthews tells us it's a street fight. He goes for a submission hold on Angle but the Olympian doesn't tap. Angle comes back and hits some suplexes but MVP puts him back on the mat and tries again for a tapout. The TNA crew is having to bleep out some of the chants by the NYC audience. MVP works Angle's leg on the ring post and then stomps him good on the floor. He gets Angle back in the ring and tries to cover but Kurt kicks out. The battle a bit and Angle ends up applying the Angle lock but MVP works Kurt into a choke. Angle gets back into the lock but MVP escapes again. The square off again and Angle hits a slam and covers MVP for the win. The crowd chants "You still got it!"

Result: Kurt Angle defeats MVP via pinfall.

Backstage, Lashley vents his frustration on Kenny King and Kenny doesn't offer much consolation.

Josh Matthews and Taz talk about the new approach to capturing the action by putting cameras pretty much everywhere. Ethan Carter gets in front of the camera and tells the audience he's going to finish what he started with Rockstar Spud later tonight.

Returning to Josh and Taz, Matthews shares his excitement over his new gig with TNA and then they throw it to Mike Tenay who describes TNA's new endeavor, "Impact Unlocked" in which he'll get up close and personal with TNA stars. A clip of Tenay interviewing Storm follows in which James talks about the Revolution, how it started and where it's going. Storm says The Revo9lution isn't about titles; they're here for blood!

Back inside the venue, Storm leads his men out for battle. They're defending the titles against The Wolves... and the Hardys are coming to ringside, too.

James Storm and Abyss vs. The Wolves: Tag Title Match

Storm starts out for his team and The Wolves quickly team up to toss him out. The follow with a double suicide dive to take out their opponents on the floor. The action makes it back into the ring and Storm gets things well in hand as the Hardys scout their competition from the sidelines.

Davey comes in and takes on Storm and fares poorly but he manages to tag in Edwards. Storm eats some turnbuckle but manages to bring in Abyss who almost hits a double chokeslam on The Wolves. The Wolves retaliate and take Abyss out of action and then they get back into it with Storm. The momentum changes quickly, mostly thanks to double-team maneuvers.

Abyss rocks Davey with a torture rack and Manik interferes but the Hardys clear him out. Storm hits the Last Call on Eddie Edwards and covers for the win.

Result: James Storm and Abyss win via pinfall

The guys in the truck re-rack the first time Roode and Lashley met, we get a glimpse of EC3 up to no good backstage, and then we head to commercial.

After a break, we get a gander of MVP reading Lashley the riot act backstage. Lashley is not impressed and ultimately pins MVP against the wall and tells him to spaz the hell down (or words to that effect). Let's go back to the ring.

Jeremy Borash tells the crowd that he's proud to be back in the swing of things for tonight's show and then EC3's music happens.

Carter does some classic work on the mic, arguing politely with the crowd and then making fun of Jeremy Borash about the time EC3 slapped him around. He calls Spud out from the back and when the Brit doesn't show, Tyrus fetches him and an ugly scene ensues. Tyrus whoops Spud up and dumps him in the ring. He says he's going to scalp Spud with some hair clippers and Borash steps in to head it off. Carter shouts at JB and tells him to stand down. Borash thinks about it and cracks EC3 in the face (oddly enough, the camera man totally misses the impact). Carter and Tyrus take out Borash and Rockstar Spud tries to stop them from doing any further damage. Tyrus then restrains Spud and Carter decides to use the clippers on Borash instead, shaving a reverse Mohawk in Jeremy's coif.

In another backstage segment, Kenny King totally freaks out about Lashley roughing up MVP. Seems like King is doing some of the splitting in this alliance. We'll keep an eye on it.

Next up, we see an X-Division retrospective that includes the likes of Kazarian, Rob Van Dam and others. Then it's time for a title match.

X-Division Title Match: Low-ki vs. Austin Aries

Off the bell, the guys do a bit of posturing and circle the ring. They lock up and grapple back and forth, breaking it off when no man can gain a clear advantage. They lock up again and Aries applies an arm bar. Matthews mentions that Low-ki was the first ever Ring of Honor champion and then he plugs Taz's new podcast. The opponents battle back and forth as the crowd chants suggest a 50/50 split. Aries nails Low-ki with a nice dropkick and Lo-ki comes back with some offense before enduing a wicked flurry of chops. He manages to put Aries down for a quick two-count. A-Double manages to dump Low-ki outside and goes to pursue him but he's leveled with a huge kick. Low-ki doesn't seal the deal with a pinfall and more fighting follows. Low-ki slides outside and Aries hits a suicide dive, chucking Low-ki into the barrier. Back in the ring, he tries for a brainbuster and Low-ki flawlessly counters with a submission hold. Aries escapes and both guys battle to land a spot off the ropes. Aries ends up connecting with a brainbuster off the ropes followed by a cover and the three-count.

Result: Aries defeats Low-ki via pinfall to win the X-Division title.

After a commercial, DJ Z and Jessie Godderz escort The Beautiful People to the ring. DJ Z officially welcomes Robbie E back to TNA following Robbie's great run on The Amazing Race. Robbie blames his team's loss on The Amazing Race on his "ex-girlfriend" Brooke, saying that he has kicked her to the curb. Taryn Terrell comes out, signaling the beginning of the Knockouts Battle Royal.

Knockouts Battle Royal

Rebel is eliminated after the initial melee. Madison Rayne and Havok square off and Havok makes short work of Rayne, tossing her to the floor. Taryn battles Angelina Love and Jessie hops up on the apron to try and distract the reigning champ. Love ends up getting the boot. Taryn is able to shift attention to Havok and she's joined in her effort by Gail Kim. Havok grabs both women by the hair and whips them around but doesn't eliminate either one just yet. Velvet is still in the hunt but she's playing possum on the mat. Outside the ring, Brooke Tessmacher makes a surprise appearance and attacks Robbie E. Velvet gets eliminated by Taryn and Gail and Brooke chases Robbie and Velvet backstage. Gail tries to eliminate Havok and Taryn runs over and dumps them both, winning the battle royal and retaining the strap.

Result: Taryn Terrell wins and retains the Knockouts title.

Post-match, Havok beats down Taryn until the lights go down. When they come back up, Awesome Kong is face to face with Havok. The refs try to stave off Armageddon and Havok leaves but Kong chokeslams a ref just for the hell of it.

TNA Heavyweight Title Match: Bobby Roode vs. Lashley

Roode and Lashley collide before the bell, trading blow after blow as things get underway. Lashley gets the upper hand, putting Roode on the canvas. He works Roode over in the corner with some elbows to the head and follows with a delayed vertical suplex. Lashley stalks Roode briefly and then moves in with an elbow drop but misses. Roode gets fired up again, tossing Lashley and then applying an arm bar. He has to break when Lashley grabs the rope. Roode tries again with the same result.

The champ backs off to survey his opponent and Lashley heads outside for a break. Lashley jumps back up on to the apron and the opponents meet there, striking one another until the battle ends up outside. After a short dust-up on the floor, Lashley rolls back inside but then bails again. When Roode pursues him, Lashley strikes and gets the advantage for the moment. Roode musters an incredible clothesline, laying out Lashley. The announce team then shows some footage via picture-in-picture of King and MVP trying to get some masked guys past security. Security denies them entry, so the masked dudes attack. Then we go to break.

Back inside the ring, Lashley has tipped the scales in his favor. Roode is on the mat but he's not quite out of action yet. Lashley delivers a spine-shattering spear into Roode and then reigns blows on him before applying a submission hold. The champ refuses to tap and Lashley uses leverage to try and pin Roode, garnering a near-fall. Roode gets back up to a vertical base but struggles to put Lashley down. Lashley goes into beast mode but Roode lands another clothesline and puts Lashley on the canvas. He follows with a suplex and some chops and then a spinebuster. Lashley still won't stay down for the count, though. Lashley springs up and nails a running power slam but Roode kicks out of the ensuing pin. The challenger sets Roode up for a superplex but Roode works his way out of it with shots to the ribs and kidneys. He puts Lashley in a world of hurt with a power bomb but Lashley kicks out again. Lashley hits a Roode bomb on Roode (yeah, you read that right) and covers but the champ kicks out. A slow grind of a back-and-forth battle looks imminent but MVP grabs attention as his entourage enters the ringside area.

Roode locks in a crossface on Lashley and the ref checks Lashley once but he's pulled out by Kenny King. King knocks out the ref and Angle flies out to join the fray. Roode surveys the situation as Lashley is down for the count. The masked guys jump up on the apron and reveal themselves as? low-ki and Samoa Joe! Eric Young comes in with a chair to clear out the interference but he then turns on Roode, flattening with a chair. The ref comes in just in time to administer the three-count and Lashley carries the day, coming out as the new heavyweight champ!

Result: Lashley defeats Bobby Roode via pinfall, winning the TNA heavyweight title.
