WWE Superstars Results: Paige In Action, Sin Cara Vs. Curtis Axel

After the intro, WWE doesn't waste any time going town to ringside. Renee and To talk about Instagram, which gives me an opportunity to remind everyone that WrestlingINC has our own Instagram account and that y'all should totally start following it.

Emma vs. Paige

During her entrance, Paige drops her leather jacket on the apron and when Emma comes out, she teases that she might put it on and keep it for herself. Really. After the bell, Paige lays into Emma right away. Emma gets a quick burst of offense in and tries to win it with an unorthodox, backbending pin but Paige kicks out. Paige puts Emma down again and creeps on top of her, prompting males of all ages to yell, "Giggety!" The Brit deals out more punishment to her Aussie rival but Emma fires back and gets on top of things for a short spell. Paige eventually wraps it up with a submission after applying the P.T.O.

Result: Paige defeats Emma via submission.

WWE re-racks to events from last week's Raw, including a segment with the ratings killer known as "The Anonymous G.M." Then it's back to the ring for another chapter in a running Superstars rivalry?

Sin Cara vs. Curtis Axel

After some quick grappling, Axel gets the jump on Sin Cara and pounds him good. The commentators put this one over as a personal rivalry and note this is their third bout in four weeks. Axel dominates Sin Cara for a lengthy chunk of time, working him over on the mat. Sin Cara manages to turn the tables but when he takes to the air, Axel counters with a well-timed dropkick. Sin Cara ends up outside the ring. Axel tries to go after him but Sin Cara appears injured and the ref won't allow it. The ref won't initiate a count-out for some reason. Sin Cara tries to crawl back in and Axel launches him into the announce desk. This time the ref starts a count and Axel heads outside to beat on the luchador some more. He rolls Sin Cara back in and continues to beat him down. After a series of clubbing blows to the back of Sin Cara's head, Axel looks to have won this one, for sure. Sin Cara somehow puts Axel down on the mat and when they both get back up, Sin Cara gains control. He puts Axel away with a surprise roll-up for the pinfall.

Result: Sin Cara defeats Curtis Axel via pinfall.

They close out the show with a recap of Raw's 6-man tag main event and this one is in the books, folks.
