- Ronda Rousey made the trip to Brazil with the UFC over the weekend and even held a special media scrum after missing out on a planned Q&A session due to travel issues. The current female bantamweight champion was asked her thoughts on a number of subjects, including the depth of the division she currently controls.

"There's plenty of girls that are some of the best athletes in the world and are ready and willing to take it up," said Rousey, in an interview with MMAjunkie.com. "I promised Cat Zingano. I promised her (a shot at the belt). I'm still waiting for her and I would love to fight Bethe (Correia). I would love to fight Holly Holm. There are so many women in the UFC right now."

Correia has defeated two of Rousey's teammates, while Holm is expected to make her debut with the UFC later this year. Also, Rousey was asked about Gina Carano, who she has been rumored to be fighting for several months now.

"I would love Gina to be (a title defense), but if not, good luck on her journey," she said. "This business isn't perfect. And for Gina, no one can want to fight for you. I would never be made at her for anything. She's pretty flawless in my eyes. She changed my entire life."
