Mark Henry's Retirement Goal, Miz Talks HBK, John Cena Photo With Purple Heart Soldier

- Mark Henry has been continuing to drop weight. His goal is to retire at a relatively smaller size. Henry is said to be feeling much better after taking a lot of bulk off of his physique and believes that it will help him avoid injuries, which have dogged him his entire career.

- The Star Online in Malaysia interviewed The Miz during his promotional tour last week. During the interview, Miz talked about idolizing Shawn Michaels and Mr. Perfect growing up.

"He [Michaels] wasn't the biggest guy but every wrestler wanted to go up against because he was so good at what he did," Miz said. "And Mr. Perfect, he really shined in the ring and he is the embodiment of what a WWE superstar really is and I think that is what I try to bring to table as well."
