WWE Superstar Working On A Book, Jake Roberts On Being Cancer Free, Reid Flair Scholarship

- We noted a few months ago that Jake "The Snake" Roberts tweeted that he was now cancer free. Jake was supposed to wrestle at an indie event last weekend but had surgery on his knee to remove the cancer. He talks to the fans in the video above.

- The 2014 Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Legends Fanfest Weekend will be their 10th anniversary and their last event. It runs Thursday, July 31st through Sunday, August 3rd in Charlotte, North Carolina. They have a whole weekend planned with signings, matches, Q&A's and lots more, featuring many Legends and current stars. Full details including tickets & schedules are at NWALegends.com. One of the events is Dr. Tom Prichard's Future Wrestling Legends Training Camp, a four-day camp for men and women. Prichard will be joined by guest coaches including Gerald Brisco, Nigel McGuinness, Lance Storm and Les Thatcher. The talent voted best-of-camp will receive a $2,500 Reid Fliehr Memorial Scholarship that is good towards future training opportunities. The scholarship is in memory of Ric Flair's son Reid who passed away last year.

- Darren Young, who is still doing rehab for his knee injury, noted on Twitter that he has been working on a book.
