New TNA Signing, Stars Of Classic TV Show Attend TNA Tapings, Impact Theme Announced

- TNA has announced that new Executive Director of Impact Wrestling Kurt Angle will be hosting his Red, White & Blue Throwdown on this Thursday's show. Angle has booked Eric Young vs. Bobby Lashley for World Title, Gail Kim vs. Angelina Love for the Knockouts Title and Ethan Carter III vs. Bully Ray in a Tables Match.

- There was a Wonder Years reunion at TNA's tapings in New York City on Friday night. We noted before that Jason Hervey, who played Wayne Arnold, worked as a producer for TNA at the tapings. Also in attendance were actor Josh Saviano, who played Paul Pfeiffer, and actress Danica McKellar, who played everyone's crush Winnie Cooper. Dixie Carter missed the Friday night tapings but tweeted that they needed to do a Wonder Years reunion on Impact when TNA returns to New York City in August.

- Brian Cannon of the OVW Mania website announced on Twitter that OVW's Paradyse has been hired to work for TNA as a producer and began working there this week. Paradyse created many of OVW's TV and pay-per-view special event posters.
